The staff are really nice

カプセルではなく、互い違いのベッドとテーブル付きの部屋の下段にしてもらいました 全てにおいての空間がコンパクトだったけど、カプセルより出入りしやすく鍵付きロッカーもあり万全で不自由さはありませんでした

This place would have everything to be excellent if they really offered what they propose, as they do make an effort, but it needs more care and attention. Everything seemed excellent until I used the facilities. location is good.  About 10 minutes from tourist attractions;  The structure is good and they offer some extra items such as an extra towel, toothbrush, shaver, shampoo and body soap, all VERY clean, organized and fragrant. The negative points are: cold shower water in the first attempt, I had to change the shower;  extremely hard mattress and pillows;  the structure they offer inside the capsule does not work (in my case), not even the internal light was working; very poor Wi-Fi, I couldn't use it, even my data wasn't working inside of the capsule (reception and common areas was fine); the room was very hot and the air conditioning didn't do the job, I had to sleep with the curtain open, but they keep the light on in the room all night.

Very clean and well organised. Plenty of locker space for my backpack, as well as areas for larger bags if required. The shower was very good with nice shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There was also plenty of lounging areas. They also supplied pyjamas, slippers and toiletries. It was very good value for money.

The bed itself was not the most comfortable, but the quit and pillow made it very cosy.

Alles sehr sauber und freundlich; man hat sich in der Kapsel sehr geborgen gefühlt. Die Lage war super, alles gut erreichbar.

Die Matratze in der Kapsel war etwas dünn, was für Seitenschläfer auf Dauer unbequem ist. Die Kissen waren sehr hoch und fest, aber das ist Geschmacksache.

It was a great hotel to experience a sleeping in a capsule. We booked a private room, most places don't seem to allow mixed sex couples so this one worked for us. Free amenities if needed, private showers. Microwave in the common room was good. On the tram line to Hiroshima station

I thought as we had a private room it would have had a proper door.

La cama muy incómoda, el acceso al hotel es a través de la lavanderia, todo muy raro, la verdad.

Perfect for 1 person stay, everything you need.

The owners have obviously gone to a lot of effort to make it a comfortable stay. The capsules were spacious, with a TV and small shelves for your phone etc. the facilities were clean and tidy and it was a nice touch to have the slippers and pjs. I also liked the little lounge areas.

The location wasn’t that great, there were hardly any places around to get dinner in the evening without walking to the other side of the river. Also although the lockers were tall they were rather narrow.

Quería vivir la experiencia de dormir en un hotel cápsula y este fue una buena opción. Limpio, céntrico y con habitaciones mixtas. Además, no había demasiada gente alrededor, por lo que no hubo ruido y dormimos bien.

El colchón era muy duro y las maletas las guardas con un candado, pero en un pasillo donde cualquiera puede acceder (ya que no se requería ninguna llave ni nada para poder acceder desde la calle), lo que nos pareció algo inseguro (aunque supongo que al estar el hotel en Japón, que es muy seguro, es complicado que pase nada).

Het is een hygiënisch hotel. De capsules zijn groot genoeg voor mensen van 1,95 meter groot.

De bedden in de capsules waren zo hard dat je niet met goed fatsoen op je zij kan slapen. De matrassen zijn iets van 5 centimeter dik dus je ligt vrij snel op de ondergrond

Superior capsule was actually a decent sized room. Clean. Good facilities. Tram stop right outside. Decent base for a few days exploring Hiroshima. Can't complain for the price.

Lack of any physical security (card, key, code etc) to prevent someone walking in off the street and right into the rooms. Though lockers are provided.

Good for solo travelers. Close by to the Hiroshima bombinh site. Only a walk away. And close to Hiroshima station via jr rails.

Bed is very hard. As hips and bum was sunk in to the ground.

It was my first experience at a capsule hotel. Capsule hotels are like hostels but with a lot more privacy. I liked this one a lot. I went with my girlfriend and we got capsules next to each other which was very practical, other capsule hotels separate by genders. The capsule itself was very roomy and it has very well thought out.

The locker was a bit loose and it spinned with the key. I had to adjust the screw a little using the key to fix it. The entrance was switched through a garage, and the location want very good, but there was a team station right at the doorstep.

An ideal location, 2 mins walk from the Tram service. Only a 10 Min walk to the Peace Park. The pods were very clean and very comfortable. The toilet and showers were very clean at all times. The staff were very helpful and cheerful and well knowledged about local area. Coffee and tea was readily available at all times. The hotel sldo turned into a mini museum for the samurai. A good display and a really quaint ornamental Japanese garden.

You may have some extra privacy at the room capsules. Very complete capsule hotel.

Beautiful rooms, dressed as if high-class hotel. Loungewear provided. Communal bathroom facilities with private, enclosed showers. We stayed in the non-bunk options. Had drinks stand at reception level with water for drink bottles (rare in Japan!), as well as hot drink facilities. Close to peace park (easy walking distance).

Loungewear was polyester or similar (I prefer natural or semi-synthetic fabrics).

Quiet and comfy capsules. Nothing out of the ordinary. Kind staff. Close to tram station.

Storage for large baggage was lacking. There was a locker to each capsule, but these were small/slim. Location was a 10 min walk from the peace park, but in a more quiet/non-touristy area of town

20 minute walk to the peace memorial park. Large supermarket across the street and tram stop right outside. Good location. Staff were very friendly free coffee and tea in the common area

Somewhere to cook and wash up would have been helpful for self sufficiency
