The view was amazing. The location of the place and the breakfast were both wonderful.

The room was a bit small and so was the bed. The pillows were very flat and uncomfortable.

Beautiful view from the bedroom. Breakfast was delicious and Alice made us feel really welcome and at home. Ivan was very kind and helpful

The room was super modern and very tastefully decorated with a fantastic view. It is a good starting point for fantastic mountain bike trips to nearby towns and the coast.

Our room was very small. We could hardly have a conversation over breakfast (and enjoy the breakfast) because the woman running the place was speaking so loudly (and for so long) with Italian guests. We damaged our car on the way there, so don't trust Google - follow the big road!

Torrazza is a cosy medieval village and the view from the room was spectacular. Excellent place to stay.

The churchbells, although typical and charming, rang very loudly in our room from 7am to 11pm.

We had such a beautiful surprise discovering this B&B. It’s decorated with great taste and only the best materials were used to renovate this ancient house. The location in itself is really nice, set on a small village with stunning views over the see and Imperia. Our room, La Torre, was absolutely gorgeous in spite of small spaces. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of homemade delicious food. We loved the place and can only recommend.

The only negative was that the bed in La Torre is very very small and the pillows are not very comfortable. A change would make this the perfect place!

Great stay! Big room, great view - worth the drive up the hill! If they ask - say yes to dinner, it is like nothing else, we enjoyed it very much!

The View is amazing, especially from the roof top, where you will find, a couple of sun chairs, and a place to sit and have your breakfast, which is brought to the door for you in the morning, Hot drinks and a basket of continental goodies, the room has been done to a very high standard. The apartment is attached to the local church and clock tower, which I am happy to say, stops at night. its all very charming, quiet and a special find.. A great location if you wanted to explore the surrounding area.

For my husband and I the mattress is a little hard for our old bones, there are very steep steps up to the apartment room, so not for everyone, our only other disappointment was there is no restaurant in the village, as we fancied a nice long meal with lots of red wine, but it meant one of us drove to the local village about 2 miles away and had a really nice local meal, not expensive. So prepare for that, as once you are in the Village you dont really want to go out again.

The place was beautiful, just like the pictures, clean and neat and cozy. The breakfast was tasty and traditional. The staff was just out of this world. It felt like they would be willing to go any length to serve our needs. I would 100% recommend and the value for money is amazing.

Being away from it all, amazing view, fresh and clean rooms, amazing breakfast on my private balcony! The owner Ivan is lovely, nothing is too much trouble. Catered to hikers like me.

Not negative but good to know: Boissano is very small, no restaurants or bars but owner drove me to a nice pizzaplace

The B&B is in a very quiet place,Torrazza,perfect for us, as long as you can decide either hiking or going to the beach.Parkingplace is only 2 mins on foot.You have a lot of alternatives,from Imperia(which is a touristic hotspot and its only 12 mins by car) to Noli,Varigotti,Ventimiglia etc. which are ca. 50 mins distant by car.We wanted to visit different small cities everyday so La Patriarca was a perfect location and going back home after a loooong day was such a pleasure.The room was more than enough for a couple( there was a single bed extra as well in the room),very stylish and super cleaned up every day!!!!Breakfast as well was very nice!you will notice that the family puts really lots of love and efforts to make your staying so enjoyable and for us ,they succeeded in it.we will be back!:))))
