Totalmente nuevo para 2018 y diseñado para las vacaciones en familia ideales para la playa, el East End Oasis de propiedad privada tiene capacidad para 14 personas y cuenta con piscina climatizada, ascensor, plano inverso y baño en cada habitación. El East End Oasis se encuentra a pocos pasos de la playa más privada de la isla y ofrece vistas al océano desde el sur y el este y las vistas a la ensenada de Shallotte y a la vía intracostera del norte y el oeste.

House was great. Location was amazing. Such a quick walk to beach. Pool was great. Everything great. The k my issue I had was that the floors were absolutely filthy. They were swept and the rest of the house was clearly cleaned but the floors have not been washed and were very sticky

Purple Rain was an excellent choice for our family. It's a comfortable house with a nice pool and well stocked kitchen. The location is great - very close to the beach and very little traffic since it's near the end of the island.

Having the beds made upon arrival is KEY with toddlers!! We unloaded and jumped in the pool while grilling on the new grill. From the comfortable beds to the well stocked kitchen our family had everything we needed. Coffee sunrises and wine sunsets on the porch...we will be back next summer!

We all enjoyed the amenities of this property. Easy beach access. House was iust as listed and properly stocked and equipped with all items needed for a great stay. There is no need to over pack, the property had it all!

Great property and location. We were blessed with a week of amazing weather and enjoyed the pool and beach. House was perfect size for our large family and bathrooms for each bedroom was a bonus plus a half bath. Morning sunrises with coffee and afternoon breezes with martinis- this house covered it all. We were able to recharge, rest and enjoy our family time.

Great house. Great management. Great location. A couple of issues that we encountered upon our arrival (broken trundle bed and outdoor outdoor speakers) were addressed immediately. The kitchen is well stocked and the two dishwashers were a bonus for our family. Plenty of seating inside and outside for a large family/group
The only reason for the overall 4 star rating is the cleaning. Everything was reasonably clean, except for the floors. They didn’t seem to have been vacuumed or mopped thoroughly. You could feel the grit as you walked in for the first time, and the bottom of the kids feet were filthy after walking barefoot on the floor for not too long.
Overall our whole family had a great vacation, and we would definitely recommend this house!

The property is as described. Nice and inviting. However, you may be slightly deceived by the size of the property for a 6bd/6.5ba home given the pictures and the videos.. nevertheless, the home housed all 14 of us, and everyone had a bed to lay their heads.
The linen service was fantastic. We were skeptical at first but, everyone was impressed by the linen service. The beds are entirely too springy.
The cleanliness of the home left much to be desired. We didn't complain to Josh or Allie; we just cleaned what we needed to once we got in the place. We regret not mopping. The shower (specifically in bedroom 6, top floor) was a bit on the rough side though. A couple of shower doors throughout don't stay closed during a shower, so there was always cleanup afterwards.
The pool was fantastic.
The HVAC system in the house needs attention. A few of the ducts in the attic may be collapsed/someone may have accidentally stepped on them or something because the air in the rooms poolside, specifically on the top floor, took A LOT of effort to cool. We had to set the thermostat low and leave the doors open. That meant others in the house had to suffer.
The kitchen could use some additional wares, but for the most part it's well-equipped.
The beach access is perfect. Short walk to the beach.
We've been staying at OIB every year for close to 23 years. This house ranks towards the middle to better end of homes we've rented. I would consider renting again.

This is a well stocked and beautifully appointed house. Close to the beach. The owners have done a great job of decorating the home in a clean, stream lined manner. Empty closets and drawers lend itself to plenty of space to make it your own for the time you are there. Plenty of beach chairs, toys, etc. More than ample towels provided both for indoors and the beach.
Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, plates, etc. We had a slight problem with the cleanliness of the tile floor in the main living area and management came immediately to remedy. Overall, we loved the house and plan to return next year.

The house was fine and we loved the location. But the house needs some love and attention. There was mold in many of the showers, the bannister railing was broken (someone out tape in it, but it was NOT safe), there was only 1 9x13 pan in the house and very few pans or storage containers, and the laundry huge needs a lock for safety.

Great Family Getaway
We enjoyed every aspect of our week long stay. Each bedroom had an adjoining bathroom which was really ideal. Lots of pool time, but also prime location to the beach. The property manager was fabulous and attentive.

Purple Rain
We've been coming to Ocean Isle for 25 years, and this was our rainiest week ever... But, the week was a major hit because of the new house. We've always stayed on the west end of the island, this was our first time on the east. It felt like a whole different island. Purple Rain is perfectly situated between two public beach access points, basically giving you two different beaches for the price of one (it also offers two different ocean views)! The house was clean and we really appreciated not having to pack in our own linens. The private pool was the perfect size for the kids in our group and was cleaned mid-week. The whole process of booking was smooth and the agency was very communicative and responsive. We will definitely book this house again.

Great location. Near beach. Needs some updating. Kitchen amenities are fine but kitchen table is “sticky”. Cleaning crew was short handed and showed up at 3:30. Check in was at 4:00. Cleaning crew wasn’t gone until 5:00. Josh the owner worked with us and refunded some $. Overall week was good

Perfect location, perfect house!
We were three couples and seven kids ages 7-13. The house accommodated everyone wonderfully. Separate bathrooms for each bedroom was a major plus. The location could not have been more perfect. It felt like oceanfront because it was so close to beach access and had such great views. The new terminal groin on the beach made for a lot of space at either point of access, and it wasn’t very crowded at all! The porch was lovely any time of day. Zero complaints!

Great house for family reunion
The size of house was wonderful. We had 12 people: 4 couples, 2 teenager, 2 seniors and everyone had their space. Bathrooms off each bedroom allowed for privacy. Large kitchen and living room allowed for family gathering and eating together. Walking distance to the beach was great, used the provided wagon to carry supplies. Enjoyed the swimming pool and outside grill. Only negitve was the construction that was going on next door, but escaped to the beach to get away from the noise. I suggest to make sure you get the laundry package because you will not have bed sheets or bath towels. We truly enjoyed our stay at the purple house.

Beautiful place!
This house was lovely. Clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for 12. The extra fridge in the storage room was a plus, super convenient for pool days. Kitchen was fully stocked. A/C died but Josh responded right away and had someone out to fix it within hours. Other than the awkward bar stools, we have zero negatives! Had a great week, love OIB and would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time in Ocean Isle. The views and beach are like no other. We enjoyed the house and the pool. It is built for all ages . The elevator made it nice for my 81 yr old mom and our disabled son to move more freely.

Beach house 2021
Nice property, but needs a through cleaning . Floors, baseboards, drawers, ice maker underneath has mold, bed mattress pads gross, beds not comfortable, couches very uncomfortable, bar stools uncomfortable. Josh, property manager very accommodating. Linens and towels not included in price, like every other beach house we have stayed in, make sure to pay up front, was quite a fiasco.

The owner should sit down on any one of the beds. All members of our group complained of the noisyness. 2 refrigerators upstairs would be preferable. Housekeeper was very helpful

Family vacation
House has a great location, wonderful views and great floor plan.Loved the covered decks/ porches.Great place for little ones to play and be able to keep them in our sight.Grandkids loved the pool.It took some getting used to for me and the other adults, but once we got acclimated to the water temperature, it was wonderful.But that is to be expected this time of year, I'm sure it is warmer as the outside temperature gets. warmer.Excellant weather.If it gets too breezy on the front decks/ porches we could go to the back ones.Plenty of places to sit and take in the views .Loved the elevator ,we only used it to transport our luggage at check in and check out.Even though we didn't use the dishwashers .They would have come in handy if we had needed them.The second refrigerator was great for storing extra water, and drinks when we were at the beach or pool and needed some thirst quenching without tracking wet or sand feet into the house.The pool and beach supplies ,in the storage area,were wonderful for the kids.Plenty of room for 10 people or more to have plenty of personal space.Plenty of parking space.The walk to the beach was a short distance.Very clean and neat house.Plenty of extra pillows and blankets if needed.Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom and entry to the decks, plus the half bath on the third floor was great to make a run to if in the pool for the little ones. Because it was close to a doorway and they didn't track wet foot prints through the house . The downstairs entry was a great place to leave sandy shoes and other things bought in from the beach without getting sand throughout the house.Steve, Liz and their maintenance man Roger were always courteous and informative if I needed anything.Look forward to vacationing here again in the future.

Best Thanksgiving trip!
The communication with owner was so easy and smooth. Check-in was easy. The furnishing, kitchen, long family table and open concept was great. The easy access to the beach was a dream. All TV's worked so we could see our favorite football game on BIG Screen on a couch 10 could sit on easily! This was a borderline 11. If he will have us we would surely return!

Family reunion
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ocean Isle Beach. We had 12 family members from 4 different states all meet and all stayed at this lovely home. We never felt crowded and spent alot of time around the dining room table playing games, eating and enjoying each others company. Thank you so much for sharing your home. I would highly recommend this home and the owner was easy to work with.

The purple house
It’s a beautiful house. The beds are comfortable we sat at the large table in the evenings and played games. Our group was 6 adults and 1 child under 12 and 3 teens so we had lots of room. The owner is great, as he called us after arrival and during the week asking if all was going well. I would highly recommend this property as the beach is not far away either

Great getaway for group of friends!
Highly recommend. The house is at the end of the Isle and therefore more private and less trafficked. The pool was great and the walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes, making it super easy to go from the house to the beach and back. The house was more spacious than the pictures showed and it was a fantastic set up for 12 adults to have their own space but also get together for dinners and game night. The owner Scott was amazing and so, so helpful. We want to go back!

Spectacular views
Starting with the owner Steve...He was very personable and informative. He was always available if we had questions and very accommodating to the changes we had to make due to Covid-19.
East End Oasis will definitely be a place we would return to. It was immaculately clean, plenty of room for our party of 10 adults and two children.
The views out of every room were spectacular! The design of the place just laid out perfect in every way. Beautifully decorated throughout, gave you the perfect beach experience.
The pool was an added bonus especially for the young ones.
We would definitely recommend staying here for a nice beach getaway.

Great family vacation retreat
The house was designed perfectly for a large family. We celebrated our mom's 75th birthday and had 6 adult couples who each had their own bedroom and bath. The living / kitchen / dining and veranda deck overlooking the ocean was the hangout space for most of the week. The design style was consistent thoughout the house and everything that you could possibly need for a week at the beach was provided. The pool area / back decks were nice in the afternoon when the sun made the front decks too hot. Steve was great at follow-up to ensure the house met our expectations upon arrival. Tanya had linen service set up for us upon arrival and the house was impeccably clean and well cared for. If there was a negative to the location, the beach had undergone quite a bit of erosion after Hurricane Dorian and the king tide made it difficult to enjoy the water. I would highly recommend the East End Oasis as a great family vacation home.

Perfect Lodging!
The elevator was perfect for my physically handicapped brother. The main living space was bright and comfortable. Our only concern was our inability to securely block the stairs. We had 3- 20 mo old baby boys. There was a gate but it did not securely fit. My only complaint was a small one. After traveling 11 hrs to get to Ocean Isle, the first thing everyone needed to do was pee. Imagine our frustration when not one of six bathrooms had toilet paper. I think that one initial roll of toilet paper in each bathroom or at least a few bathrooms can not be that cost prohibitive. The outdoor shower was perfect for sandy peeps! Maybe consider an outdoor barbecue grill vs the charcoal grill. The best part however was the owner who was always a phone call away. He was very kind, informative and accommodating. The view and porches afforded relaxation at sunrise and sunset. Thank you! We highly recommend this beach home

Everything as advertised!
We just returned from East End Oasis. From the very beginning, the owner did a fantastic job of keeping us informed of every detail as we got closer to our arrival date. The property was very clean and nicely decorated without being beach cheesy. There were several things we loved, but honestly the best would have to be the beach access at the end of the island. We have been coming to Ocean Isle every year for the last 27 years and this end of the island had the largest amount of sand and room on the beach to play bocci ball and just relax. Our party of 12 enjoyed the pool as well, which was a clean and plenty big for our group. Another nice feature is the fact there are no other houses directly next to you so it’s quiet. I highly recommend renting bikes while you are there because there are plenty of places to ride them. The house has an elevator which is great to get the groceries up to the third floor on the first day when you take that first big shopping trip to Lowes/Publix/Food Lion. The only down side, is the elevator takes up a potential closet storage spot for groceries. The kitchen has two spacious tables put out so all 12 of us could sit at the table together and eat, which was fantastic. Out of our group of 12, there was only one thing the majority of people didn’t like about the house, which was the U shape couch. It’s great to get everyone around, but it’s not very comfortable. However, it’s the beach and you don’t spend much time on the couch anyway, so it’s not a big deal at all. We can’t wait to go back again and stay at the property for many years to come.

Great stay for Family vaca
Had a great time, plenty of space for all to enjoy. Location on the east end of OIB is great since it is not as crowded. Only wish there was a second fridge even if smaller to keep drinks. We like to cook on vacation so the fridge in the kitchen is full so we had to keep a larger cooler downstairs stocked with iced and drinks for the week. Besides that great place!

Amazing week with friends.
We enjoyed everything the house had to offer! There were 10 adults and plenty of room for everyone. We loved the location because it offered an easy walk to the beach with minimal traffic. Steve was amazing to work with and was always quick to reply. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Be Aware
I normally do not write negative reviews, but the owners treatment has cause me to write this review. After staying here for a week, he kept part of the deposit for extra cleaning time for the house. I left him voicemails and sent emails asking him for evidence of what needed cleaned. I submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, none of my efforts were returned. Below is a list of problems that we dealt with at the house professionally unlike the owners treatment of us after the trip
1. The house was not ready by 4 pm check in. The owner actually told me check in was at 3 but we handle it by going to the beach.
2. One of the dishwashers did not work.
3. The door handle for the bathroom door came off. I put it back on for him.
4. There were 2 large hornet nests that we had to walk our kids around to get to the pool. Neither were taken care of during the week.
5. The filter on the refrigerator needed changed.
6. Even though we had no obligation to do so, my wife and I ran outside in a strong storm and moved the furniture so it would not be damaged by the storm. We picked up the trash and recyclables that had blown in the street.
We handled all of these with little complaint and then was given the silent treatment from he owner when we returned. So be aware if yo rent this property.

Perfect for family reunion!
East End Oasis had the perfect accommodations for our mini family reunion! Each of the 6 bedrooms having it's own bathroom was phenomenal. The home was well appointed and there was nothing we needed that wasn't already in place. Steve's attention to customer service was outstanding. We would highly recommend staying at East End Oasis.
