great property very secure good location

Room was great, which had a lot of space. The Parking area is excellent.

Water was Cold on our first day after travelling for nearly 13 hours. The owner wasnt not aware for the problem as one of the geysers was damaged and had not been replaced. Ther was a change in management and we had problems with paying and accidentally getting refunded as well.

Cozy environment and lovely host, very friendly and welcoming, room was big and comfortable

The only down side is there was no heating so room was a bit cold but there were extra blankets for the beds

Room was spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable and bathroom was perfect. Breakfast was very good, tasty and quick. The kids loved the flapjack option for breakfast.

Really nice place in very convenient location for visitors to Grey School area. Lots of restaurants within less than 1km. Safe environment.

We loved the open, airy feel of the guest house. The family room was large with high ceilings. The beds were comfortable. The provided tea and coffee were appreciated. We had breakfast one of the mornings and it was very delicious. The host was very welcoming and generous.

We loved our time at 23 on Glen. No complaints. The price was a little higher than other guest houses and airbnb apartments that our family of 4 stayed in over 5 weeks in South Africa.
