Nice hotel with good food. That made me come back here for several times now. Location is great next to the marginal. Good for going out for a run or walk along the bay. Also pretty good to reach from the airport.

Some staff at the terrace speak only Portuguese, no english nor Spanish, so it's good to know a few Portu words, otherwise the communication is gruesome.

There is insufficient information regarding recreational facilities at the gym and other places. One should be able to have some coffee in the room but there are no utensils or supplies

The breakfast is expensive and so to have to pay extra to have an omelette was particularly annoying. Much lessor hotels are able to offer customers an omelette!!

Location was quite good.
1. Staffs were asking me to pay more so I had to show them and explain several times how much I should pay when I make a reservation through booking.com. they need to be well trained.
2. I had to change the room in the middle of night due to water leakage from the ceiling in the room.
