Great location for visiting Auschwitz Birkenau, it was walkable. Good room with comfy bed and good shower.

Close to the city. Good dinner (next door, though).

Breakfast was OK but too expensive for these choices. No heating or possibilities for drying clothes (it was awfully rainy day). Big trucks under the window from early morning.

The staff were fantastic and friendly let us store baggage in the morning so we would explore Auschwitz which is next door

I'd like to see upgraded TVs where you can connect your phone for netflix / Disney plus

Great location for Auschwitz visit, friendly staff, good breakfast. Allowed us to keep the car in their park while we were on tour.

The hotel isn’t about bling and premium, but for the purpose of Auschwitz visit - that doesn’t matter.

In the restaurant , in neighborhood (20m) owned by same company, I had to wait 2 hours to have dinner. Only 20 clients at that hour, but very bad service. In the picture , client waiting for dinner....

Stayed here for 2 nights to tour the Auschwitz-Birkenau camp complex...the hotel is located across the street from the original camp (& now the museum), Auschwitz I...so, the location is excellent...the service was also incredible...I arrived very early in the morning (8am) to be able to take the 10:30am tour of the camp; I was allowed to check in at that time & they also prepared a breakfast for me...absolutely incredible, friendly, & welcoming service...the rooms are spotlessly clean & very comfortable (I had a single room with a couch)...I highly rate the breakfast as well; good variety...overall, I had an excellent stay at the Hotel Olecki!!!
