Superbe séjour en all inclusif entre le sauna, le hammam, la piscine intérieure et le jacuzzi toujours bien manger au restaurant et les chambres étaient toujours propres tous les jours

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso una settimana al db S.Antonio Hotel con formula all inclusive. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti immediatamente con tanta disponibilità, la nostra camera era davvero ampia e pulita, idem il resto della struttura. Carina l'opportunità che ci ha permesso di variare location per la cena, potendo spaziare tra diversi ristoranti (italiano, cinese-giapponese, marocchino). Il buffet disponibile tutti i giorni per colazione, pranzo, merenda e cena, offriva verità di cibo di qualità e a qualsiasi orario. Inoltre era possibile bere drink alcolici ed analcolici, (esclusivamente analcolici per i bambini ovviamente). La posizione è risultata strategica e ci ha permesso di visitare con tranquillità Sliema, St.julian, Rabat, Mdina, Qawra. Le piscine, essendo numerose (è presente anche una piscina al chiuso), non risultavano mai sovraffollate, nonostante la quantità alta di persone riscontrata nella settimana a cavallo con il ferragosto. Il personale era sempre molto attento e a tal proposito un ringraziamento particolare lo vogliamo rivolgere al signor Fabio della reception che, essendo italiano, ci ha permesso di bypassare qualche difficoltà di comunicazione, chiarendo ogni nostro dubbio o curiosità con gentilezza e professionalità. Esperienza complessivamente positiva.

L'unica nota negativa era la presenza di bicchieri spesso lasciati ai bordi delle piscine. Alcuni bambini li utilizzavano come giochi immergendoli in acqua e improvvisando giochi di travaso lasciandoli poi galleggianti ed igienicamente non è il massimo. Anche se il personale cercava di far fronte a questa forma di inciviltà, era davvero difficile riuscire a togliere tutto tempestivamente.

Jedzenie, czystość, personel hotelowy na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Na uwagę zasługuję Pani Dagmara oraz sympatyczny Pan Łukasz z recepcji, którzy w języku ojczystym mogą pomóc przyjezdnym z Polski którzy nie znają języka angielskiego. Baseny zadbane, codziennie rano sprzątane przez dużą ilość personelu hotelowego. Na barze na dachu szukajcie barmana "Diwas" - robi kapitalne drinki.

Jedyny minus to zajmowanie leżaków na głównym basenie przez gości już przed 7 rano. Co ciekawe, zaobserwowaliśmy że pomimo zajętych leżaków, goście nie pojawiają się na nich przez cały dzień, to jest nie do pomyślenia, żeby blokować leżaki i nie przyjść na basen przez cały dzień.

Completely overpriced, I wouldn’t stay here again. There is only 1 place for breakfast and lunch that’s open, so it’s rammed not a lot of choice for food until tea time to use all other restaurants, only 1 drinks despiser for water juice at breakfast & lunch so the queue were massive, only 1 serving station for your main meal so again big queue , you get nothing extra when you pay for all inclusive plus so complete waste of money, they closed the top pool& bar & 2 restaurants (only place for adults only and too smoke while we were there for a wedding from 4 pm (the wedding party wasn’t staying in the hotel) in the afternoon even though we had paid extra for this, but they don’t offer anything in replace, lifts are a complete joke staff don’t explain how they work. a lady who is supposed to come and fill the fridge and leave water at the start of holiday she was completely rude and told me we didn’t have that in our package even though I showed her the paperwork and we had a gold wristband on she still said no, I had to phone reception to ask and they said we did have this and sent someone else’s to fill the fridge no apologies at all, I ask for an iron for 3 days to be told the on the 3 Rd time of asking there is a room one on a different floor (4) to use but there is no information about this nor did they tell me this from reception. the air conditioning is extremely weak. Extremely disappointing
