Location was good. Staff very friendly.

More choice at breakfast would be better.

The hotel was clean, everything in good condition, room was cleaned and fresh towels were brought every day.

The location is not very convenient if you are traveling with small kids. It's quite far from the train station to go to Vall de Núria. So, if you are thinking of coming with toddlers or small kids, you would rather want to bring a stroller. Another point is the entrance from where your active toddler can go directly to the road once you take your eyes off her/him.

Attentive staff, clean rooms, great breakfast and dinner at the hotel's restaurant was excellent. The room also has a book listing all hikes and activities you can do near Ribes and Vall de Núria. The lounge with the fireplace was a nice extra after hiking in the cold weather.

My bed was a bit hard but nothing serious, I still had a good sleep.

We asked for a double bed, but we got two single beds next to each other but with separate sheets, not even with double bed sheets. The walls were way too thin, you could hear the people in the room next door talking or even their phones’ notifications. Same with the hallway. The place they offer you to leave your bags for a while after the check out is a closet in the middle of a hallway without even a lock.

The staff were very helpful with flexible checkout and checking times. We could leave our bags the first morning before all our rooms were ready ( we were a group of 6) and we could leave our bags the last day too, so we could go hiking and pick up our stuff late in the afternoon which meant a lot.

We did not get a key for the side entrance, so we almost got locked out for the night. Our other 2 rooms had 2 keys, on for the room and one for the night enterance. We did not have that and we could not reach the rest of our friends. We arrived the last second when the staff was leaving, so we could get in, but if we arrived a few minutes later, we could not have.

The room was clean and confortable. Foods in restaurant were all great. Staff is nice and helped me kindly all the need.

Power outlet is only one in the room.

Surly staff. Quite expensive for the facilities on offer. Not very good value for money.

Location

I was cold, it was 8-11 degrees but the hotel could not turn on the heating. You can hear noise from the other rooms. Bedsheets were not comfy

The room was spotless. Everything smelled disinfected. All the staff had their masks on at all times. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect; you could walk around the town and to the "cremallera" to go to Vall de Nuria with no problem. Everything is close by. The restaurant was great. We enjoyed our dinner. Breakfast was spot on. Overall we had an amazing time. We'd love to go back sometime soon.

If I have to be super picky, then the room was too hot for the season we are on (or at least for us), but we solved it by sleeping with our windows open so it was no big deal.
