Chambre avec une très belle vue sur la baie de Lapad. La situation avec le bus au pied de l'hôtel est très pratique pour se rendre à Dubrovnik. Les buffets du petit-déjeuner et du dîner sont variés. La piscine intérieure, le jacuzzi, le sauna sont également un plus !

fantastic hotel in a great location. Rooms fresh and today, great breakfast and very friendly staff. a lovely location away from the hustle and bustle of the old town but with great access via the bus that stops outside.

We loved breakfast lots of choice and complimentary prosecco was amazing. The number 4 bus stops right outside hotel and brings you right to the old town. A day ticket you can purchase from the shop next to hotel for 40kna and can be used for 24hrs.

The sun only hit the end of outdoor pool and not for a lot of the day. The rest of the pool was shaded. Maybe because of the time of year we travelled

Bar closing at 10pm which was quite surprising and earlier than expected. Only other thing to note was that I trapped my hand opening the shower screen in the room as there is no stop in place (and no place for your hand/fingers) between the handle and the fixed part of the shower screen. It was quite painful at the time although no serious injury or bruising. The whole screen is also a bit awkward getting in and out of the bath as it's quite high and you have to be careful not to injure yourself getting in and out of the bath safely.

The spa is a great service especially when travelling outside of summer. My boyfriend loved the Sauna and the pool. The shower in the room was amazing (great water pressure) and the bed was really comfy. It had good bus routes to the city centre.

The breakfast was a let down unfortunately - the coffee machine was old and it tasted horrible and the produce didn't taste fresh.

Bed sheets weren't changed for our whole stay, 4nights, even though, I asked the housekeeping woman who was cleaning the room to change it but she refused.

Good location, right on the beach. Great view. Nice staff, hotel spotlessly clean and housekeeping tidied room everyday. Spa facilities excellent and massage therapist was brilliant. Can't remember her name but she was manager - thank you!

Sun deck area around pool was very small and sheltered from sun - no big deal as beach right beside hotel for those who want a tan! Hot breakfast was a little limited but what was there was fine.

Great location, really gorgeous heated indoor pool, lovely views and relatively spacious rooms. Staff were nice and breakfast was sufficient, plenty of vegetarian options which was appreciated. Comfy beds with 2 pillows each. Balcony was great, loved that it was enclosed by walls and therefore protected from bad weather. Cleaning staff were lovely and did a great job.

There was no air-conditioning in the room which made sleeping at night impossible at times. Additionally, the step into the bath to shower was far too high. I'm in my 20s and still struggled. Cushions on sunbeds by the pool could do with being deep cleaned a little more. Pool outside was freezing.

Pool was old dirty and grotty. Jacuzzi wasn’t in use. Breakfast was terrible. Food was stale and unappetising. Decor is old and creepy (little kids shoes in the floor of lobby). Absolutely not a 4 star hotel and not worth the money we paid for it.

We came to celebrate our honeymoon, we got a room that was dirty and with a very bad smell from the toilet, we were changed to a room that also had spider miners on the ceiling. When we said that the second room was also dirty, the manager told us there was nothing to do, the manager's attitude and the cleanliness of the rooms were at a very low level.

The room was clean and spacious and bed was comfortable. lovely spa and indoor pool. breakfast was good

no tea and coffee making facilities in rooms. outside pool was freezing even when temperature was 28 degrees. lack of atmosphere, music in bar and pool area compared to other places we’ve stayed although this is very much a personal choice.

Excellent location, fantastic sea view . You can catch a bus to the old town right outside. The beach is a minutes walk and bars restaurant are close enough to walk to without hearing any noise from them. Friendly staff and very clean

I found breakfast a little irritating. Food was good but it’s advertised as being open until 10:30 . We like to use the gym or run in the morning resulting in us usually not getting to breakfast until 10. Nothing appears to be replenished at this time although the restaurant is still busy .
