Food, staff and location are great.

For such a big complex better internet connection / signal coverage is much needed.

We spent 10 days in bungalow in all inclusive. The placement of the resort is very good you have shaded places by trees and the bungalow area was quiet too. We liked the beaches are not crowded and not full with beach umbrellas and beach beds. The braakfast, lunch and dinner was not very special, but we always find something all of us.

We find out that you need an startegy to find table on the terace beocuse looks they do not place enough table, also some time cleane glasses are missing at the end of dinners. About the bungallow look to be a timemachine throw back in 90' but the bed was new and confortable, the refrigirator was noicy. Every day the bungallow was cleaned and we receive clear towels. The staff was nice and mindful

Plenty of parking spaces in front of the hotel, very helpful staff in the hotel, room with a balcony and a beautiful view of the sea, carefully maintained cleanliness in the hotel and in the room, good beds and a small refrigerator in the room, excellent food, beautiful beach. Although the hotel's facilities are not the most modern, we would love to come back here again.

There is no elevator in the hotel, a smaller selection of fruit in the dining room, the air conditioning in the room was quite noisy and the Wi-Fi signal was weak and dropped every now and then (the Wi-Fi signal was good in the dining room).

Food in the restaurant was very delicious, the sea is very clear an the beach is just a few steps downstairs, the view from the room as well as from the restaurant is superb!!

The furniture in room is very old, however clean (!) The room is small.

Very clean! We were lucky to see clearly the sea, as in front of the balcony they are trees.

1) writing to reception via Booking it makes no sense-high delay in answering, more than 24h took to react. The reception answered to my message while i was already in the hotel. Early check-in is not possible, they ask you to return at 14:00 and invite you to enjoy your lunch in the restaurant paying 16 eur/pers for it. Your All inclusive it starts only with dinner. 2) Personnel is grumpy, not even a fake smile on their faces or to make you feel good in your holiday. 3) All inclusive -big joke. Coffee included is filtered or instant coffee. You want coffee from grounded beans-you need to pay extra. Bier is full of water-you want a normal bier- you need to pay extra. The other alcohol included was white/red wine also full with water. While the service we faced several times the lack of glasses for beverages. They offer you small glasses, when these were available, just to make traffic and to consume less. You are a fan of Coke/Pepsi- you should forget it-you will have to buy from the bar, what is offered is just the cheapest drinks. 3) Food- 5/6 types of food, most of it was full with flavours, made from chemicals and very low quality products. Each morning in few minutes you will be out of ham and salami ad they will make 3 refills per services. You will remain only with low products. No Nutella or Finetti, only low quality chocolate cream. Breakfast is the same all the time, you wish Chia, dry fruits? You will get only Oat and dry apricots. Each meal has Pasta type, most of them which are red never saw a real tomota, most of them taste like cheap ketchup. 4) Beach- you pay for your seat if you are not choosing to stay on rocks with your own sheet. There is nothing done on the beach for tourists. You have 4 golfs but only 1 has smaller rocks, where of course us crowded. Without shoes you will not be able to enter into the sea. They offer you Aqua gym classes, made by 2 young ladies who are also entertaining the children and they teach you Croatian.

Excellent family hotel, perfectly integrated into the natural environment. The food is very tasty, always perfectly salted. Everything is very clean, have all you need. Thanks to the wonderful team who are there 24 hours a day to make everything perfect. Many thanks to Mrs. Sandra, the reception manager, for a wonderful memory.

The breakfast was always the same, but is was good. The lunch and the dinner was various, and delicious. The location of the hotel is perfect, it's right on the beach, what is beautiful. All of the rooms has sea view, and terace. The room was clean.

My pillow was not the best, and that was my bigges problem :-)

The room was clean, the location was great, you can quickly get to Omis. The beach is clean and there is enough natural shade for everyone. The place is calm.

There was bad internet connection in our room.

Location - luckily the beach was idilic, sunsets beautiful. Sea - classic Croatian crystal clear sea, we spent as long as we could in it to avoid the accommodation. Staff, very friendly, credit to the area. Food - having been to many all inclusives, it was really good and consistently also. Summary - location amazing, staff good, however..... massive and critical need for updating the accommodation and amenities.

Advertised as family friendly.... It's a health and safety nightmare. We took a 5 and 3 year old and we literally had to keep them at arms reach from the moment they woke up till the moment they fell asleep. Gaps in fense dropping into a cliff edge, chicken wire for fencing. The restaurant had no cups for children. Just tall glass tumblers. The day was spent hearing glass smashing breakfast, lunch and dinner. The floor was often wet and an ice rink. The football court and surrounding steps over the whole hotel literally had rebar sticking out of it. Beach bar was closed - Hotel was full? Entertainment wasn't worth the effort in the evening. Chatting to a few guests others felt a little ripped off. Alcohol - I was really struggling with the wine's and I can drink anything.... Beer was fine when working. Paid for wines limited, much of the menu wasn't available or white wine cooled etc. Bungalow was in need of an update - I estimate the beds and utilities 1980's early 90's. It felt like camping but for £130 a night.

Very nice location, close to the beach. Friendly stuff, really good lunch and dinner. Hotel was clean and cleaning stuff was really taking care of the rooms.

Breakfast wasn't so good, facitilities vere quite old. The smallest TV I've seen in my life. I was missing drinks for diabetics.

in the restaurant stand behind your back, in the afternoon a croissant snack is given to you on a plate. the beach bar was not open, you had to go to a restaurant for a drink and drink there.

Perfect vacations. Food was absolutely amazing. Plenty to choose from. Always choice of some calamares,fish. Many salads anald vegies. We stayed at bungalows. Ours was not renovated but we noticed, that there were also newers ones. Although we were satistied. Fridge was there. We had small kids (1 and 4years old).indoor was safe for them.there was balcony door with the fence so we could leave it open and kida would not fall out. One must count on the hilly resorts. The bundalows are on the hill (3min walk from tje beach and 10 min from the restaurant and hotel). But eaay access with the troley.

Despite the initial staffing problems, which I mentioned earlier, after that everyone was very kind; even in a friendly mood. In addition, the location of the hotel is excellent; the view from the dining terrace is phenomenal.

The furniture in the rooms definitely needs to be renovated. The sleeping bed creaks. The pillows are not comfortable. The food chain needs to be enriched; especially seafood.
