Absolutely great location! Room with the sea view and small area with the table where you can seat and have a meal. Comfortable bed and big bathroom.

Inside the room you don’t feel cosines. There is no style, furniture is not convenient.

A nice group of 8 apartments and lovely pool. Great location. We could have our dog there for 12€ per night. Private parking at 10€ per night was good. Nice area with easy access to the beach.

It is very overpriced. If we hadn't paid so much, I wouldn't bother with this list of concerns, but 300€ per night raises expectations. The check-in instructions are very unclear. Luckily we called and found out we didn't have to drive to the golf club as per instructions on Booking, but could use a code for a key box. These instructions are not provided and we could have easily have just gone to the golf club provided in written instructions. That would have been annoying. Do call!! The sofa is not comfortable as a sofa or sofa bed. There were very few basics like washing up liquid or cloths. There is a mini fridge with no freezer which is not convenient when you are staying in apartments so you can cook for the family. The wifi was not functional so we had to tether from our phones which is not acceptable when remote working is so common now. Reception said they'd fix it but didn't. And, lastly, we found the customer service lacking; on our way to the pool to have a swim on our last afternoon there, the receptionist came out to inform us of the extra charges we had to settle for parking and our dog's stay. We knew we had these charges and at all accommodations these are paid on check out, which for us was the following day. I found this interruption to our holiday inappropriate, rude, unprofessional and embarrassing as it was in front of other guests at the pool area. After we've already paid 600€ for 2 nights stay, we're obviously going to pay our 44€ for the dog and parking. I hope this feedback helps in improving the service to meet the fees charged as this could be a perfect stay if a few things are attended to. Thank you.

Best bit was the situation of the apartment, never stayed so close to the sea, yet was lovely and quiet as private enclosed garden area and small pool.

Apartment a little tatty and dark...not as spacious either as other PV props we have stayed in. No window in bedroom. Very poor arrival experience as had not seen the small print ‘ more information’ item informing clients to go to another PV site, 5 km away! Should be made much clearer on booking confirmation, and a sign put on the reception area at Cala Cristal, yet there was nothing to tell you it was perm closed! We waited and then rang to be told we had to get back in ar at and try and find the other venue! Fortunately we hadn’t sat and had a drink otherwise we would have had to use a taxi! Very bad and avoidablee

Perfect location just in front of the beach, very small property with only 8 apartments, which makes it a perfect place to relax and chill out.

There is no daily housekeeping service and rooms start to need a refurbishment.

Location is stunning, the room have direct acces to the beach Only 8 rooms in the hotel so the swimming pool is never packed. Very quiet place,the soundproofing of the room is excellent

Dirty, I have to clean myself the room, bring your own cleaning products as nothing is provided. Wifi is terrible, even for just chatting with family
