Great location close to the beach, nice pool area and spacious room. Food in the restaurant was tasty

Nothing seemed to be open, staff had to be phoned to do anything like get a drink or use the spa. Pool was closed and being worked on. None of the local bars or restaurants seemed to open during the week, weekend only. Shower could've been better

They massively helped out by washing and ironing my shirt a few hours before a wedding.

It was near the beach, good breakfast and dinner, friendly staff. Very calm (quiet) place

Great restaurant, friendly staff, entertainment area with billiards table, table tenis and large tv for movies, and plenty of sitting area for playing board games - had a great time with friends. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, slept well.

Access between floors was limited to elevators? Was unable to easily find stairs to go down a si gle floor.

Hotel located right in front of the beach, breakfast was good, nice outdoor swimming pool, indoor pool and gym need to book to use for an hour. Plenty of parking .

The room had a really bad moldy smell. Mattresses were horrible.

booking breakfast and inside pool wasn't that good, was a petty not being able to use outside tables for breakfast when inside was too hot.

The staff all round were helpful, kind and friendly. The location was superb.. loads of great restaurants and the hotel is next to the beach.It was extremely clean and all kept to social distancing to the letter. We were impressed and will come back .

Breakfast is really good. Apartments are huge, well equipped and confortable. Location is the best for relaxed holidays, beach and hiking to Serra da Boa Viagem.

-Wifi doesn't work -Ask for a two persons bed and got a one person bed (Had to go to the toilet and did not want to annoy the housewife with all those covid rules) - One of my worst experience in Portugal (more a 2* than a 4*) - Breakfast .. All pastries are frozen, fruit juices are only sirop with water ... Coffee taste the same as instant coffee Never again

The hotel was quite empty, but they gave us a room right next to another couple and we could listen to EVERYTHING that they did in the room. Had to ask to change rooms. The beds were not comfortable. I would say that it is a 3 stars hotel and not 4.

hotel is based just next to the beach. town is small but nice with lots of great restaurants. stuff is flexible and helpful.
