Breakfast; swimming pool, sauna.

Bad condition room. Bad smell, broken equipment.

Very dissapointing asked about different room arrangements - Reception told us to pay way more just to swap and lie about lack of bedrooms available! Plus food dinner horrible not tasty and food quality very bad, breakfast ok. Better spend your money elsewhere! Too expensive for such a low quality definately not 4 star and not worthy. Be aware of huge construction and terrible noise!

The only good thing was sauna, swimming pool and jacuzzi

First of all, lack of communication from the reception staff. We asked if room can be prepared a little bit earlier, we were advised that it will be ready between 2pm and 3pm. When we arrived shortly before 3pm room wasn't ready. Garage available only by booking in advance (charge 50zl) - when I have asked about parking before arrival I didn't even receive a response. When we arrived before 4pm there was massive cue for checking in and plenty of angry people. I was lucky enough to get through as one of the firsts, but checking in took 30 minutes. We had booked two rooms and we decided to extend our stay by one night. Unfortunately we couldn't stay in the same room. We were told that at 12pm we can easily transfer to new room but of course rooms were not ready. We were told to come back at 2pm. Then My mum realised that she left blouse in her old room so we informed reception and requested contacting cleaners. No answer. We requested that 3 times. When new shift started on our departing time, no one gave them handover so of course I had to explain again that blouse is missing. After small argument with the reception we were informed that blouse wasn't found, when I asked how is it possible I was informed that cleaner maybe didn't look for it yet. It's outrageous how they are treating guests. When we changed the room, we were informed that they are welcoming us with an upgrade to apartment. The room wasn't cleaned, I suppose that even sheets were not changed as we found stains. The walls had holes, table and floors, including carpet, were dirty (not even vacuumed). The lamp in our parents room had disgusting stains. Equipment is quite old, need refreshing. Poor shower. Breakfast choice very poor, food not good quality, the cheapest cheese and ham from the shop. We stayed in the better 2 and 3 stars hotels. Hotel don't deserve 4 stars at all. We are very dissapointed.
