Die Lage war insofern gut, weil man sofort zu Fuss in der Altstadt war. Leider war unser Zimmer zur Strasse und deshalb etwas lärmig. Der Service war ok, aber nicht überragend. Positiv war die hoteleigene Tiefgarage. Das Zimmer war sauber, im Badezimmer war alles vorhanden.

Das Zimmer, die Ablagen/Schrank, etc. waren etwas klein. Für 2 Nächte aber ok. Die Preise in der Hotelbar sind gesalzen, das ist aber bei vielen Hotels in dieser Kategorie der Fall. Die Einrichtung war sauber aber doch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Eher gute 4* Klassifikation.

We upgraded ourselves to their appartment because the room we booked was too small. The appartment has the toilet downstairs which is a long way from the bedroom. This was inconveniencing.

The building is beautiful and the location can’t be Better. The rooms are confortable and modern.

Like in everywhere in France, the employees don’t speak good English.

The building is beautiful and conveniently located. The valet is great at no extra costs but hotel needs to advertise it. Room is funky but works and it’s clean. Pillows are comfortable. Garden restaurant and lounge are nice. There seem to be understaffed but they’re doing the best they can.

The hotel corridor needs an upgrade as it’s dark and smell musky. The ensuite bathroom has a bad sewerage smell. Air-condition doesn’t work and hence, it’s very warm and no ventilation in the room. We had to open the windows which is not great as it’s noisy facing the streets. The Operation’s Manager needs to change his standard format of reply to all the reviews as it feels copied and pasted. There’s no sincerity and heart in it!! Oh and, the bathroom will be very slippery for older folks. It’s not difficult to just add a bath mat correct??? What if someone falls one of these days and break a bone or two? Will the hotel be liable?? This is definitely NOT a 5 star hotel. It’s a 4 star at best! The room has no bedroom slippers and need to be requested.
