Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hat alles gut erklärt.
Mein Zimmer hat stark nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen, obwohl es Nichtraucherzimmer sein sollten und zudem war es nicht sauber. Im Badezimmer hat ein vorheriger Gast scheinbar etwas ausgeschüttet, was auch während meines 4-tägigen Aufenthaltes nicht entfernt wurde.
Auch der Preis ist meiner Meinung nach übertrieben teuer gewesen. Ich habe für 3 Nächte 300,-€ bezahlt und das ohne Frühstück. Für diesen Preis habe ich schon schönere und saubere Hotels bekommen. Dazu kommt, dass ich ursprünglich das andere B&B Hotel City in Schweinfurt buchen wollte und erst vor Ort festgestellt habe, dass es zwei Hotels davon gibt und ich einfach an das Süd Hotel, welches leider weiter vom Zentrum entfernt liegt, umgeleitet wurde. Der Taxifahrer hat mir erzählt, dass es schon mehreren Gästen so ging...

Nice, clean B&B. I was afraid it will be noisy since it's close to highway but it was quite inside. I didn't have any baggage but in the morning I saw people moving bags by stairs so I guess no elevator.
At breakfast, there was a group of people travelling together who went to breakfast together, around 30 people. They cleaned almost all food, so it would have been nice if stuff could replenish food after them.

the &b is ideal for a rest during a long trip. is few minutes off the autobahn and next you’ll find ev hp chargers (300kw) and gas station. also fast food shop.
there is a dedicated free parking. reception is not 24h but with the totem you can self check in with res. number and surname. easy as it is you ll get a code to dial on room door to access. recommend for long trips rest.
there was some mould smell, solved by opening the window couple of minutes. also there is no elevator.

Free parking / fair price for the room
There was loud music & chating from the terrace below my window until late which made sleeping difficult. The breakfast is very basic. Hotel is in an industrial area which has only a Burger King and a fuel station.Other restaurants are 3km away.

The receptionist (Sarah/sara). She conversed with us in English which made things a lot easier. She was also very helpful. Rooms were clean and nice.

Exceptional value for money. The staff was very friendly. Ideal stop for people traveling with pets as it is next to the motorway. Breakfast is great value for money, was very satisfied overall.

The property can much better by just letting two bottles of drinking water bottles in the room and a tea making jug with few re coffee pouches.
Charging 3 euros more for this would also be nice

Comfortable room, good value, pleasant and helpful staff, and a very decent breakfast is served in the morning.
Sound insulation between rooms could be better, but not overly disturbing.
