Die Zimmer waren groß und sauber, daß Essen im Restaurant sehr lecker, sowohl Abendessen als auch Frühstücksbuffet, daß kleine aber feine Fitnesstudio war ein Bonuspunkt und die Lage war wirklich sehr gut.

Die Belüftung im Fitnessraum könnte ein Upgrade gebrauchen, es war sehr warm und stickig.

Die Lage ist natürlich das absolute Highlight, wer am Nürburgring nächtigen möchte. Sehr gut isolierte Fenster und eine große Tiefgarage. Nettes Personal, bis auf einzelne Ausnahmen.

Leider wirkt das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Bei unserer Ankunft roch das Zimmer etwas muffig. Die WC Bürste ist gefühlt seit Jahren dort und der Balkon bräuchte mal eine Hochdruckreiniger Behandlung. Das Essen am Abend ging in Ordnung. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist eher mittelmäßig aus meiner Sicht. Das Rührei lauwarm. Die weltbekannte Schokocreme gab es nicht und viele kleine Dinge die uns fehlten. Es reichte nicht zum Meckern aber überzeugt hat es für den Preis leider auch nicht. In einem anderen bekannten Hotel nur wenige Meter entfernt, haben wir da deutlich besser gespeist.

Ein sehr stilvoll eingerichtetes und sauberes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind geräumig. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Zimmer zur Grand PRIX Strecke lassen einem Fan das Herz höher schlagen.

Es gab nichts, was mir nicht gefallen hat.

This hotel is very close to Nurburgring. It is probably the closest hotel to the entrance of Nurburgring.

The room smelt a bit like damp. We had a balcony room which was great. Racing will start at 8am on the GP track every morning, that's ok. What is not ok is the gardener revving his strimmer outside the balcony's at 6.20am on Monday 28/8/2023. Also, be warned, guests are charged €14 per night to park a car in the hotel car park. There is a sign but the wording of this sign is not very good and very misleading. Upon check out you will be presented with a bill for €14 per night for using the car park. Most hotels I have visited have paid parking but most waive this fee for guests but not here. Also, when checking out, the man on the desk (Ralph) became very aggressive and rude when we questioned the parking fee as we were not informed of this upon arrival. Just be warned.

There was an odd smell in the room.

Short but exceptional stay. Was worth of visiting this place. Great hotel, comfortable and clean room, nice bathroom. Excellent restaurant, very rich breakfast. Parking garage, enough place to park. The track and museum are near to the hotel.

Spa and sauna need to be booked earlier with the personel in object, don't work all the time.
