The location of the hotel was great, and the bed was nice and comfortable

The advertised air con was not functioning when i arrived. I spoke to the gentleman on reception, who after half an hour in which he initially denied there was any air conditioning in the hotel, finally got it working. I think to do this he had to get the air conditioning working in the entire building!

The location is convenient, restaurant food is good.

Relative good location. Firefighters and police not too far.

The hotel caught fire at midnight of the 10th of July 2023. The employees left all guests inside with no warnings during the event. Some of us were trapped in the roof until firefighters arrived there about an hour later. Even after that, it was difficult to escape with children. The firefighters resorted to making a hole in the wall of the next building, so we escaped suffocation. Even after evacuation, there were no hotel personnel in sight, only emergency services. I had to book expensive emergency accommodation nearby paying by myself using my phone as my family and I escaped with nothing. The hotel so far has refused to do any refund or compensation at all. In fact, they stopped all communications. According to Booking.com, they had fire and emergency alarms, which is false. This can easily be verified by the photos published by the hotel itself. There are no alarms on the ceilings.

Price and location was excellent. Even though it was an old hotel room was clean and tidy, it was comfortable. Restaurant very good.

The receptionist was not very friendly. I asked him why I needed to write my origin city and instead of providing a reasonable explanation he said it was the way it is. He only gave it until I filled up the form. Waiter at the restaurant charged me tip without my consent, I was in hurry so I did not want complain and demand to not do it because I did not like fo course. The bidet at my bathroom was broken, this could be a nice advantage because makes a difference among hotels but if it is broken it is same or even worse to not have at all.

The rooms are spacious and very clean. And location is perfect to walk around Roma Norte, or take the metro to explore the city.

Facilities are a bit old - toilet didn't flush properly, and the sink plumbing needs some repair

Very clean room, very good shower, guest friendly, the best location, I definitely I'll stay there again.
