The location of the hotel was perfect and the staff were helpful. Breakfast was very nice as well.

The room was very small and the "seaview" was from the balcony only. The outdoor furniture was old and very worn so not really usable. The hotel lift to the beach areas was out of service and looked as though it had been for some time which was a big disapointment as it one of the reasons we choose the hotel. The public lift has long ques back up to the main street.

Sea Viewの部屋だったので素晴らしい風景を堪能しました。特に夕暮れの時間にCapo di Sorrentoの方に夕日が沈んでいくのをみるのは最高でした。 寄木細工の博物館にいったら、このホテルの古い写真が展示してありました。歴史あるホテルに滞在できてよかったです。

A little impersonal, but great

Beautiful property, had a pool, easy access to the beach clubs and marina with free elevator. Wonderful staff. Delicious breakfast buffet

Only wished the property had its own beach or we could have access to the beach club without incurring more of a cost

The bed was horrible. Two single mattresses of different thicknesses push together to make a double. The pillows were lumpy. Overall not comfortable. The door to the room had a lock which on most occasions did not function, hotel staff had the same problem - the locks need to be changed. No tea/coffee making facilities in room. Very noisy at night. Mediocre breakfast for a hotel of this standard.

We had a very large ground floor room with all the amenities. There was a large window with shutters facing the gardens, but since it was on the ground floor we could not open the shutters. The staff was exceptional and the hotel lobby had stunning views of the bay of Naples. The breakfast room had stunning views as well with top of the line service and buffet. The lobby bar's terrace in the afternoon was the perfect place to be to watch the beautiful sunset and have cocktails. The location of this hotel was perfect. We were at walking distance from restaurants and shopping area. It is also located just steps from the elevator that takes you down to the beach and ferry port area.
