Lovely pool and a good sized room

Thin walls so quite noisy and also ask for a 2nd pillow as only given 1.

Close to beach

Property is very run down and rooms very dated. The bed was very uncomfortable and creaky with rough old bed linen. One member of staff was nice the others not so. Breakfast was awful. The choice was very limited and food left uncovered with flies.

The staff was fantastic as well as the facilities! Professionals and very welcoming staff! All you need is there to be taken! Swimmimg pool, short walk from the beach!

Receptionist was unpleasant and seemed irritated. Apparently my dog was larger than they like so she initially said I couldn’t stay. Then relented but gave American a room right at the back of the hotel on the top floor. The hotel was virtually empty. Her manner was unpleasant.

The price and the location were great.

The bed and the pillows were too hard.

The room was a bit dated, didn’t expect this from a 4 star hotel. There has been a little incident during our stay (not our fault). It has been handled amazingly by the Maitre but could have been handled in a much better way by some other staff.

The hotel is close to the beach and easy to access with the car. There is a car park which was quite crowded. The room was clean.

We were asked where we came from and replied Germany. The reaction was simply „silence“ no word and a quite uncomfortable silence. The room (EUR 174 for one night) was shown to us and also the „ocean view“. You could tell that the situation was not nice for the girl that showed the room. We have never seen that an employee left the room that quickly (left the door open) just to avoid questions or complaints. The hair dryer was not working (heating wire was hanging outside). Then we explored the hotel area. It was a nightmare. The time stopped 20 years ago. It was one of our honeymoon stays. We have been happy that we have left the other day. Ps.: the shuttle service to the city center is not free. Not even included in the high room price.
