Das Hotel war im großen und ganzen okay, ein wenig abgewohnt aber sauber, Frühstück war okay aber nicht besonders. Das Hotel entspricht eher einem 3 Stern Hotel.

Tout l'hôtel, son emplacement et son restaurant-bar au bord de la piscine, sa literie et la décoration de la chambre, son petit-déjeuner, la sympathie du personnel très accueillant et professionnel. Les animaux de compagnie sont acceptés et très bien accueillis aussi.
J'ai tout apprécié dans cet hôtel, mais peut-être que quelques rénovations dans les chambres seraient un plus.

Location was great, staff were very friendly.
The main night time meal was way overpriced. We sent it back to the kitchen as the centre was very cold. Obviously the cannelloni was microwaved and tasteless. The morning breakfast was good but again the supposedly hot food was cold but good quality.
The walls in the hotel must not be soundproof as you can hear everything from other rooms.

Fried eggs were delicious, good range of fruit and cereals. Beds and bathroom were huge, plenty of space.
More hot food at breakfast would be great, and if the pool bar did snacks!

The rooms were large and quiet. The breakfast.....A M A Z I N G! Soooo many selections of food and drinks. Dinner was amazing too. The pasta was cooked to perfection and the dining inside was quaint.

Isobel on reception was very professional and proficient and couldn’t do enough to help us making us feel very happy and comfortable. Also the price was excellent with free parking on site and no pet charge. On our 7 week trip this made a real difference.

In comparison to Canada, there was a lack of support from the front desk. No help with parking issues, no help to suggest a restaurant or alternatives for getting dinner. We don't speak Spanish, so Ifelt quite lost.

The hotel reception staff, specially a lady named Jonna (or Yunna) who is very smart and helpful. She helped us to extend our stay and responded to our accomodation needs very well

A well located seafront hotel with excellent facilities and quality rooms, friendly staff and well priced. Convenient free parking on site and a relaxing atmosphere.
Some of the fixtures getting a bit 'tired' but everything worked well and was immaculately clean.
