Abselouty fantastic service from everyone. From the receptionist to the servers and cleaning crew. The food was very varied, and of great quality. We stayed at the apartments on the other side of the road, and it was quite nice with a smaller crowd around the pool. The hotel is a great place for families with kids, but also for friends or family without! Although just a warning: don't expect the apartment pool to be kid free. Also, there is a bus stop 2 min from the apartments where you can take the bus to Palma or Andratx, hop on there instead of on the main street where everyone else is.

The location is a small walk from the beach, and a bit of slope which can be tough with small kids in the heat.

Pool was never too crowded.

Rooms and corridors were dated.

Great pools and facilities for children. Buffet was one of the best we've had at a hotel, especially including the children's options.

Staff at reception could be a little cold. The pool bar closed early sometimes, when we wanted to get some lunch

The apartment hotel located outside from actual hotel location and you have to run up and down every time for breakfast and lunch or heated pool which is actual in hotel.

Pool area for the kids was excellent and the food was great at lunch time

Food was great, very varied, lots of choice. We arrived at 3 in the morning due to a delay and the staff had left some food out for us which was lovely. Nice to have a choice of pools, one was more adult focused. Area was nice. Staff were absolutely fantastic and very helpful.

It wasn't clear where activities were happening to begin with, the animation team are really focused on children although we did get involved in some activities during the day, there was no music around either of the pools which was a shame. Our rooms were not what we expected them to be when we booked them and we found out that one half of the hotel has been updated but where we were was very old and stuffy. We also booked only breakfast but when after being there for a day realising that we couldn't even get water without paying and the alcohol was so expensive, we upgraded to all inclusive but it cost us 268 euros where if we had booked on booking.com originally all inclusive it would have only been 100 extra so that was disappointing. The town was nice but very quiet, you need to go into Santa Ponsa which is fairly cheap via taxi that the reception booked or Magaluf is a bit further along if you want any kind of nightlife.

Clean and comfortable room. Heated Indoor pool was great for small children. Kids facilities are great - provided 2 cots, good play park, children outdoor pool (though cold), and excellent kids club staff. Buffet food was good selection though perhaps not the highest quality and wouldn’t be great if you were vegetarian!

Soft drinks weren’t included with half board which I was surprised about. I was particularly upset that it was impossible to get even tap water at diner. One night when I asked for tap water I was given a bottle of still water and charged, the other night I helped myself to water from a cold tap and was told I was not allowed this. It was embarrassing to be confronted in the restaurant about this and also just very poor to not be given even water with food! On arrival we had lots of luggage and two small children, our room was down stairs and there was no offer of help with luggage.

Great services for a 3 star hotel, plenty of activities to do inside the resort. Clean and all services were integrated, even though you may do a short trip between the pools and restaurants. Short distance to restaurants and public beach. We had a studio with sea view and the balcony was pretty awesome. All in all, this hotel has a great value ! Many thanks to Juan the receptionist, he gave us all the info. that we needed.

The air conditioning system is too old and noisy. Also the rooms could be refurbished in terms of furniture.

Animation was great! Beautiful territory with a lot of trees. Friendly staff. Great food and bar.

Our room was not very fresh. There was no fridge in the room(even mini-bar).

They changed my room and gave me an upgrade room which was less spacious than the one i booked. One of the receptionist, a woman with french accent was very unhelpful and unkind
