The location by the sea with the small bay, the tranquility of the hotel spaces, the excellent service with attention to detail and friendly yet experienced stuff, the very high quality restaurants including the breakfast, the excellent food (especially the Arrels), the very well equipped and clean rooms, the spa! Everything was high quality!

The location is fantastic. A beautiful cove where you can swim in the sea and fantastic grounds with lots of space to lie in the shade. The pool and restaurant area are lovely. All the staff were so kind and helpful.

Amazing and super friendly staff, they are great and very helpful. The hotel rooms need a little bit of touch up but it was clean. Beach and view and facilities by the beach are great.

We were RED level suit and we were told at the time of check in that there are privileges for the RED level ie. free one time one item laundry which we used but at the time of check out they charged me for the laundry. It's just ruin the experience when you feel mislead.

Excellent secluded location near Palma. The hotel building and its' territory is very pleasing, great views from the room. Breakfast was delicious. All staff was really attentive and hospitable! We felt very comfortable.

Nothing. if I was being super picky I would say the food was 8 out of 10 (excluding breakfast which was amazing) and not 10 out of 10 like everything else in the hotel.

we had requested a double bed (queen/king size). Instead we were given a room with two single beds joined next to each other.

Wow! The grounds are exceptionally designed and pretty, the breakfast was varied and amazing, all the employees were courteous and helpful, the lunch/dinner restaurants (Amaro and Bardot) were great, and the king of the experience has to be the small bay with the beach - extremely peaceful! We enjoyed ourselves so much that we ended up changing our plans and returned for a final weekend in the same hotel. A true 5 star experience!

Beautiful hotel , in a quiet area. Staff was amazing, helpful, friendly. Room nice, comfortable with amazing view. Food perfect. Staff looked after carefully our complicated food allergy.

The minute you walk through the door it has a really relaxing feel, the hotel is beautiful, the views are incredible,it feels like they have thought of everything, even down to the products in the bathroom

Not much to dislike, being picky I'd say the bar service round the pool was slow and prices in the hotel were high
