I loved this hotel. It was very central, literally 200 meters from fira center. 5 mins walk to the bus station from where you could go to oia, or anywhere else in santorini. As a solo female traveler, the street and area felt very safe both during the day and during the night.

The location was perfect, next door to my favorite restaurant in Fira and a short walk to the local bus station. The staff was always friendly and very helpful.

My particular room’s window was immediately above off-street motorcycle parking. It wasn’t a problem until my last day, so I didn’t bother to request a room change.

We loved our stay here! The building is so unique, the room was spacious and the location was amazing - the bus stop is really close which you can take to get to and from the airport or all around the island. There is also a restaurant attached which we went to for breakfast and dinner - it had amazing food and drinks. Staff were very friendly and helpful also :)

Pelican Hotel has a cute lobby and clean, comfortable rooms. We liked its location, being situated about 50 metres from the bus station in Fira (all buses start and end in Fira), thus making it easy to get not only to and from from the airport but also around the island. Yet, it was quiet. Margarita, who manned the reception counter, was very helpful and friendly. Food is readily available in the vicinity.

The location is perfect if you you wish to be close to the bus station and the centre with a lot of great tavernas and shops. There are many different cafes providing Greek and international cuisine so it is not problem to have breakfast (American/Continental/English/Greek) in the morning (we did not order the set - just bought burgers and waffles: delicious:) We were checked in even earlier than it was written:) After the check out, we left our bags almost for all the day and enjoyed both Fira and Oia. To tell the truth, the views in Fira are not less beautiful than in Oia - we could have saved our time and strengh because walking in crowds along very narrow winding hilly streets with some rather expensive shops was not a great pleasure on a hot day. I wish we had stayed longer in Fira.

The only minus is that the air conditioner was just over our heads - over the bed - which meant it was rather cold to have it on (but when it was off, it was stuffy in the room).

THE LOCATIONE OF THE HOTEL IS EXCELLENT. Bus station is very near. The staff of the hotel is friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the room is very good. So in this hotel there is no breakfest included on the price.

The traffic is very noisy, Sometimes in the night music is very noisy, motorcycles running up and down

Very clean hotel and staff are very helpful. Great location in the center of Fira, 5 minutes walk from the bus station and the amazing views of the volcano and sea. Would say the place to go without thinking if you don't care about a sea view room/hotel. In summary, location location location, very spacious and clean rooms and wonderful staff.

Understandably a bit noisy at night as it is in the center of the town, but once you close the double glass window you are fine.
