noise from music till 4am in neighbourhood

Anna particularly was most helpful and very friendly, the rest of the staff were also helpful. The location is excellent.

the rooms are ok, very basic and ours looked a bit dull. it is clean, comfy beds and room is made every day. but overall very basic - just bed, towels, little fridge, small balcony and that’s it. think generally overpriced for what it is. would not pay more than 50£ for this. we later stayed in another hotel nearby in same price range and rooms/vibe were much much much better.

our flat was overlooking the street and it was very noisy. you can hear people talking all night - sometimes until 4-5 am, think there is some kind of a bar around the corner. I woke up every single night for different reasons - cars making noise, people partying, some weirdo shouting and kicking things around…

Location is great. Right into the city. Friendly staff and amenities on your doorstep

One drawback is the lack of parking space-had to walk 10-15 mins to get to the car and lack of kitchen area

Was a not big problem for me but it was very noisy outside , music until 4:am .

Amazing stay at this family run hotel. Perfect location in the center of naoussa. Lots of local restaurants, shops and the central bus bus stop all in very close walking distance. You couldn’t be in a better location - I’m so glad I booked here. Very clean and well equipped hotel, great comfortable beds and wonderful pillows, lovely crisp white linen and soft towels. the most incredible friendly, helpful and accommodating and kind staff. A lovely pool area with very comfortable pool loungers. A must stay!

I loved this very low key hotel. Super clean. Wonderful staff and cute little garden and with a small pool which was perfect for cooling off.

Noise late at night from rubbish collection, I think. And probably nightclub although I didn't see it.

The staff taking care of the room and breakfast was adorable. The hotel is really central, in the heart of Naoussa. The pool area is great to relax even if the pool is small.

The main issue during our stay was that we had really loud neighbors. Because the isolation between rooms is really poor, we were awoken early in the morning. If you have the chance to be surrounded with respectful people this is not a problem but otherwise this can be annoying. The room as well was a little small. I wish the equipment would contain a hair dryer and a safe-deposit box.

A bit old

Liked the hospitality and friendliness of the staff. And location could not be better. Pool was clean and fresh.

Nothing major to mention. A water-boiler in the room would have been great but again, its not a major thing.

This hotel was greatly located in the center of Naoussa, with a beautiful swimmingpool. The staff was incredibly nice. The room had a balcony and the bad was very confortable.
