Could improve on cleanliness - carpets dirty in need of work, shower walls & floor had hairs i assume from previous occupant, cutlery @ breakfast- spoons had crusted over stuff Narrow passages leading to room i was in Walls thin, floors creaky could hear walking & voices in neighbouring room

Very helpful and friendly, rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, really enjoyed our stay.

The room was a dump, riddled with damp, carpets have not been cleaned for the last 10 years, tablets and used tissues under bed on our arrival. charged extra £8 per day for the extra cleaning, what a joke, never got vac up in the 4 nights we stayed. The Photo shows the bed made up after the cleaners etc had finished. Checked out 2 days earlier because of the state. We had asked if they could cater for Gluten Free and Lactose intolerant, only to get there and no Lactose free milk or Gluten Free cereals. OK if you want Bacon, beans etc. Wife ate nothing for 4 days. Never again. Place is more like a 1 at the best 2 star hotel. In a Nut shell the owners need to spend money on the whole building. We were in room 6.

Breakfast to order. All excellent. Staff excellent and v polite and helpful. Everyone tried to make sure I was well looked after. All staff have me excellent advice and knowledgeable. the rooms are a little tired but the price was very reasonable

the view from our window was good, room had plenty of storage space although some of the drawers did not work very well. the staff were very good and the breakfasts were very nice. good value and good location

having a small hand basin in the bedroom was not good at all ? it was difficult to use the basin as it was too small and not having somewhere to wash your hands after a visit to the bathroom was not good infection control.

Location was pretty good, plenty of parking.

The room was pretty small and the shower room was just wide enough to turn. The main concern was breakfast serving does not start until 08.00hrs, thus is possibly OK for the tourist market but for working folks, that's at least 1hr too late. I myself am usually out of the door by 07.30 at the very latest, so I can use this place as a work stopover again.

Location was excellent, breakfast was good.

The bed was so noisy and uncomfortable, didn't sleep very well. Shower handle was the same level as the taps so had to hold the shower whilst showering. The room could have been cleaned a bit better. The staff were very accommodating

Lovely location, food was excellent. Staff were helpful. Dog friendly, and even got a sausage for dog at breakfast. Nice atmosphere.

Only let down was, although we understand we had a dog friendly room, it could have been cleaner. Also 4 days before our visit I received an email to say that bar and resturant were closed on Saturday eve for private function, 'what did we want to do?' Obviously to late to change. I feel they could have offered guests a meal to the room. Had the weather been dry it wouldn't have been so bad, but it was a very wet cold eve wondering along with our dog trying to find somewhere to eat. Ended up with takeaway in the room.

I didn't have breakfast because it is served from 8am for someone who has to go to work and leave at 7:30am. Their breakfast is not for her. The location is good.

The cleaning was not the best and there was a leak in the toilet. Using the wc was choose to be showed with the water leaking from the floor above.

Squeaky floorboards everywhere in room couldn't shut bathroom door as no catch mattress has seen beter days Finally i asked the young lady on reception as i was leaving to view a family room she refused as it has to be cleaned i said i only want to look at the room she refused couldn't understand why..

Great cooked Breakfast, plus cereal and toast and other items, tea, coffee and fruit juice. Stayed for evening meal for our two nights as what was on the menu looked very good, the meals turned out to be excellent along with a nice variety of deserts, the price, service and dining was 5***** at a cost that you would not want to go out and dine elsewhere. Room was clean and tidy with everything you would require. for where it is situated right on the front with a direct sea view and off road free parking, it is an ideal place to stay.

The room was very cold radiator wasn't working the heater they gave me tripped the TV and kettle when they was on at same time so not a good experience as I was in my room all night due to them having a private party in the restaurant and bar area x was very cold and damp when I woke up next morning x breakfast was lovely and staff were helpful just unfortunate the room was so cold x
