There was no breakfast so couldn’t comment on that. Reasonable location - close to the Schweberbahn. Clean and overall, quite convenient.

Very cheap hotel and a very clean location. Small rooms for a small price.
A lot of fast-food restaurants around. Very good kebap/doner close by. A Chinese restaurant in the courtyard. A Netto shop opened till 22:00 in the courtyard.
Close to the city center just 2 stations with the schwebebahn.
Everything was online and checking could be fast and quick if done online and with the key code could be the rooms accessed. No need to interact with people from the front desk.
Parking places are free but be careful to place the ticket from the hotel because the people responsible for the fines are quite frequently checking. In case of penalties because you forgot to put the ticket on the dashboard of the car and received penalties, just write a message to the address found on the penalty ticket and a photo with the hotel parking ticket including the days of your stay and your fine will be canceled.

The free parking was definitely a plus, but then again the room fee wasn't the lowest so I take it as a parking fee was included. The room was comfortable for one night, great on the road. Very very clean, which is fantastic and not so common! Big plus! Also, the cheap coffee machine downstairs, nice, but a kettlle and a bad of tea in the room would be expected for that price.
There was a minor prblem with the self check in, however the staff helped over the phone and helped me almost immediately.

Location
I was not impressed with the hotel. No one told me it was a selfservice hotel. My room was tiny and has no writing chair. I had to call a number in Munich for help. the advise I got was to go to room xxx and see if there is a chair. I ended up going to 4 different rooms before I finally located a chair.
Then in the morning of my check out, some ladies came knocking on my door at 8.30am to remind me of checkout. This was while I was still asleep. I found this so unbelievably rude. How can I forget that I have to check out. Then they started going from door to door knocking on doors and you could hear the loud noise. The hotel is not a dormitory is it? For the over € 143 I paid for two nights I felt that I needed complete refund of my money.

No staff (if you want to use luggage lockers, you have to call the customer service center etc.), loud people in front of the hotel during the night, bathroom is small.

Clean, Good Telephone support if there is an issue, close to train, supermarket and eating, I was very happy to be honest
It was raining, but that is not the fault of the Hotel. I will say more prayers next time!!!

Bang for a buck accommodation, especially for one night or short stays when you don't need or want to cook. The room had well equipped bathroom. While the single rooms are rather small, in this case I wouldn't call it a problem. The room and bathroom both were very clean. Really liked the keyless access to rooms system.

Well equipped and modernly furnished room with easy self-checkout, which can be made either online or in lobby. Direct connection with city center and main train station with bus (50 m from hotel) or local Schwebebahn (5-7 min walk). Well stocked grocery store, gas station and Doner joint in the nearby area.
Frequent noises from nearby Schwebebahn starting as early as 5-6 a.m. Definetly not for light sleepers.
