The location

The hotel is ridiculously warm, and the aircon doesn't work. The housekeeping was not good as they seemed to only have emptied the bin, and the toilet paper was never replaced, nor was a spare roll left. The WiFi is awful, and after the second night, we never received the complimentary water again. I was also surprised that there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room like with every other hotel I've been in. Finally, the bed was not very comfortable, and the pillows were worse. The duvet, or should I say duvets, is a new one for me as a double bed/room should come with a double duvet, not 2 single duvets.

- breakfast rather mediocre - room equipment - I have to walk through the room to shut off the lights, really? - bathroom was rather uncomfortable.

The sports and wellness facilities are great!

Internet at the working spot was horrible and crowded. Not suitable for working from there. I had to use my mobile internet to be able to attend my meetings. In addition to this, the small restaurant is open for limited time, service is not the best. No room service

Location and facility are fantastic. Staff members are professional, friendly and helpful.

The room was comfortable but lights were too low. Not suitable for doing makeup or reading unless you use a booklight. Poor design for charging your phone or tablet.

Everything in the hotel was perfect, it would of been good if the cafe stayed open a little later or had access to food after 10pm

You are not allowed to use spa facilities unless you are naked which I understand is the German culture but it is not mine. This should be a personal choice

not a great location for my trip. I also think it’s quite ‘gym with a hotel’ attached to it. it doesn’t have the premium experience to suit the premium price tag, such as no kettle in room.

The quality of service delivered by your staff members during my last trip has convinced me that I can always rely on your hotel for the home-away-from-home feeling. Thank you for always doing a good job. I’ll be sure to choose you next time I come around.
