The breakfast was really nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was quite close to other restaurants, the bus stop and the view was amazing. There is a nice bar at the hotel and there was someone singing and playing the piano in the evening. The sauna was really nice as well.

The radiator in my room kept making noise so the staff had to come and lower my heating for it to stop making noise. This disturbed my sleep a bit during my stay.

Excellent! The staff were helpful and friendly, the rooms were large and comfortable, the restaurant and bar food and service were excellent. They even prepared a breakfast at 4am for the runners taking part in a local trail race! Will certainly stay there again, highly recommended.

very close to the skiing area, amazing room service, almost everything in their dining area are homemade and is very tasty. The hotel is kid-friendly and brings good energy in all ages. The decoration is very mesmerizing.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were amazing. they couldn’t go enough for you. The room was big and the bed really comfortable. we went for the half board option and all plates were returned empty every night!

Lovely hotel, clean and comfortable. Attentive staff, knowledgeable and informative. Excellent food, family oriented. Second to non location to all activities. Highly recommend.

Great people. Perfect location. Very good breakfast.

The hotel is old so people moving in the hallway is very audible. Elevators can also be heard from the rooms at night. But it is still a nice place given the age of the building.
