The location was good. We needed a doctor on our visit, the hotel reception were very helpful.

The maids did not clean our room to my satisfaction, the maid never wiped the sink down, never left enlighten toilet roll for a family, their were ants everywhere the whole time we were there. The food was not up to standard, very repetitive. Trying to get a sun bed in the morning was very difficult, more people than beds.

we had an apartment. kitchenette is equipped with dishes, frying pans, you have the necessary for your stay. they don’t provide condiments of things like that, but you can bring your own if you need. fridge in the room. comfortable beds. nice size bathroom. towels provided. no toiletries, only hand soap.

there were quite a lot of ants, especially in the kitchenette area. kitchenette not very clean area, electric hob quite old and a bit dirty, but in working condition. the fact that is facing towards other rooms and the alley can be a little noisy. you have privacy as you can shut the french doors on the outside. air conditioning too weak. there were 2 linked together for bedroom and living room and they had to be on or off both in the same time. don’t work separately. you have to pay 10€ for parking, but in front of the hotel is free if you find space.

The location was good.

We stayed in the Es Bolero self catering blocks. These are very dated and the air conditioning didn't work. No private area to sit outside. We could only use one bar as a self caterer as all the others were for all inclusive guests.

The hotel is well located, it is right beside shops and restaurants. The facilities are amazing, including swimming pools, toilets, restaurants and so on.

Location, facilities, staffs. By the way, the hotel reception/lobby is outstanding!

The breakfast was fine. The location was nice. The bar staff were sweet. Delia was a was one I particular. The air con in room was perfect!

The song they kept playing was traumatising. The pool opened too late and closed too early. There should be more seats. The bar open later.

Apartments were very spacious with a large balcony and spotlessly clean.

Food was a little hit and miss sometimes bit on the whole there was usually something nice to eat.

Friendly staff, good entertainment team, nice pools and good location.

The food was atrocious, no taste, poor selection and poor quality-not worthy of an all inclusive price.

The arroz con leche was not edible because the rice was not cooked and their mashed potatoes are absolutely inedible it just doesn't taste like potatoes at all. It tastes like cardboard. To be honest, it seems to me like no one is tasting the food before sending it out. And some other dishes were pretty bad too. I definitely suggest trying out yourselves before you let your guests help themselves to it. Other than that....I have no complaints. It was good value for money and I'm happy with customer service.
