The location is excellent. The hotel and the room look very nice, modern and clean. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is o.k - not good and not bad. All for all we were very satisfied. Near by there is a taxi station

La terraza del tejado solo permite cenas, no permite tomar copas. También creo que sería un acierto ofrecer el desayuno en esa ubicación, ya que el lugar donde se sirve actualmente el desayuno se queda demasiado pequeño para el volumen de huéspedes.

I am sorry to say I do not like the brown/grey mushroom colours. I’m in Greece. I want to see bright colours.  The bedside tables were literally just that a tiny little table not enough room by the bedside. .

No complaints apart from the height of the step at the entrance. It was difficult to lift the suitcase up.

Appalling service at breakfast. Lack of food for all people at the buffet. Empty plates with minute leftovers of salad and cheese, no cold meats, people were making multiple trips to the buffet to see it empty. When pointed this out to a waitress we were met with contempt. Overall unpleasant atmosphere with staff occupied hiding in the kitchen.

The rooms are beautifully designed and clean with very comfortable beds. Despite visiting at a very busy time, during Easter festival, no noise could be heard in the room due to very good windows. Breakfast menu was superb and the location just couldn't be better. We had a perfect stay!

Unfortunately the air conditioning and ventilation system was not working well. We had a choice of either super hot air from the system or noise and “fresh” air from the big road. Stuff was kind but didn’t take afford to help even when asked several times.

Lovely stylish decor, friendly helpful staff, comfy bed. top location, great food, good selection of drinks and a nice feel as you walk in.

Only one thing… paper cups in the rooms!!! Paper cups do not fit in, they lack elegance that the rest of the hotel has, you do need proper cups to drink from, made me feel like I’m 5 years old again

The location is superb. The reception staff are great. The breakfast was of good quality, ingredient wise, but each option was very prescriptive. For instance, omelette was on the menu, I asked for cheese & onion but they could only make plain omelette?!? Scrambled eggs were offered but they already had tomatoes & bacon in them - no good for a vegetarian like me. Never stayed in an hotel that didn't make scrambled eggs!

There were no toiletries that weren't screwed down in the bathroom, no glass for toothbrushes. I prefered it when it was a classic style.
