Very central clean and welcoming hotel staff are excellent. Room was small but nice. Shower in bathroom was good.
When we stayed the temp outside was -4 degrees and the hotel felt cold ( radiator in room was not on). However on request the hotel provided an electric heater which warmed the room.

Rien , sale, poussiéreux, vieux , odeurs d’huile de friture, literie mauvaise, pas de petit déjeuner etc …! Mauvais, Mauvais !

We stay only 1night we did not take breakfast ,a bit expensive for us for 11eur per person.
The Receptionist lady is very welcoming and friendly.

Very relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Superb restaurant and welcoming staff. Also parking for my motorcycle !

The Hotel was very well located. The breakfast was awesome! The staff was very friendly. The beds were pretty comfortable. The decoration of the reception and the restaurant was gorgeous
The room was a little bit small for a family. The TV was located in a place which was a little bit difficult to watch.

The staff were rude and dismissive, the restaurant was closed, reception was closed and they didn’t appear to even expect anyone.

Loved the location in Autun, very walkable to the heart of the city. Loved the historic ambience as well. Beds were very comfortable for us (we like a firm mattress). Oh, and the breakfast was ample and beautifully presented.

Great location near the town centre and with own (small) carpark. Very friendly staff and an excellent restaurant considering the type of establishment and price. Ideal for overnight stop or short stay.

Convenient check-in, there is a contactless option. We arrived after 21:00, which was notified of the hotel in advance. They sent us a door code and told where the room key would be.
Breakfast is ok, but we would appreciate having boiled eggs:-)

A baby cot costs 10 euros. Usually hotels provide it for free. They reported the cost after booking confirmation. I had no choice not to confirm the additional payment for the baby's bed.
The payment charged twice. I wrote to the hotel about this situation and provided a photo of the bank statement. They promised to figure it out, but after two days, nothing. Actually, we counted on this money for use on the road.
