Excellent attention at the reception desk. Appartmetns were clean and had spacious bathroom. The kitchen was bit outdated, luckily we didn´t need it very much. The beach and restaurants are so close, it is ideal place for holidays. The swimming pool is the best!

We were in the ground floor apartments (had booked two apartments since the larger ones were taken) and the visitors on the first-floor ones were pretty loud the first night. As they constantly moved the sofa bed and the chairs, it made a terrible noise. Luckily these neighbors left sooner than us, then it was fine. Outside noise is almost impossible to notice. One thing that is pretty bad about these apartments is, that there are a lot of strange individuals around and you have to be careful with leaving doors open. Someone entered our apartment, even it was clear we were inside and stole our bags and computer from our room. My brother, who was sleeping on the sofa bed tried to catch the thief, but unfortunately, he was not successful. Do not leave doors open if you are not fully watching who enters.

we reported the toilet was broken and when they said they would fix it the maintenance man didn’t fix it properly so we had to report again before being changed rooms

Small room, uncomfortable sofa bed, hard to find apartment. Good for two people. Keys are collecting at other Hotel. No one said it.

The place was super dirty and smell like cigarettes. You could see all the stuff in the kitchen dirty with the digital fingers prints. Same in the toilet. And the pictures doesn't concide at all with the place .

There was no kettle and no small pan to boil water for a cup of tea etc. Also there wasn’t enough space in the kitchen area to drain plates after washing up. Not enough food preparation area. Could have provided cereal bowls.

Very good location near the beach. The staff were friendly.

I didn't like everything

Staff's service is very good. It is an apartment that has a private entrance in a quiet area very close to restaurants, supermarkets and the beach.

They should have more pans to make an egg, there is only one very large one, there are no bowls and the sofa in the living room I did not sit on because it looked dirty. Important if they can put a desk with chair, although there is a dining table that serves as a desk, it would be an advantage to have one.

apartament too small for 4 adults . and toilet inside main room. it should be advertised only for 2 adults and children . Apartment had an issue on arrival and it was not dealt properly even though, I was very cooperative . We got changed to other apartment but the feeling of it all was that we where asking too much .

the cleanness could have been better , some stuff wasn’t cleaned properly , like kitchen appliances , floor was very dirty and bedsheets / curtains very dusty.
