Super friendly staff and very clean rooms. Food was tasty though basic. Free parking.
It was a little noisy in the room and the location in an industrial area wasn't the most reassuring.

It's was clean and the staff were very nice
Location was in an industrial area. Also there is zero sound proofing and I could hear a woman chatting all night until 5am, as if she was in my room. Very bad night's sleep

If on holiday the location too industrial and a bit noisy due to lots of kids ( although i like kids)

The breakfast was poor, only croissants really with portions of jams and some thin pieces of poor ham and cheese, there was some plain cereal and coco pops, coffee and juice. It seemed that tables were laid with expected regular residents and their additional items, plus their other food in a refrigerator.
The rooms were super clean and plentiful towels.
As stated above. Also the floors were all wood effect, therefore noisy. Also no soundproofing, every noise sounded. There were younger members but not always seen but heard around and the central open area between the floors was littered with cigarette buts and odd cans, as there was no entrance, these were dropped from the windows! In fact the rooms were spotless but the sounds at all hours were the problem for a relaxing night.

Only one pillow & no option to have another. Breakfast was just a hard baguette with Spanish ham & cheese slice & one croissant. No choice of cereal, toast or yogurt. The machine ran out of water for coffee so only 4 of us could have coffee. only orange juice available, no water.

Very convenient from motorway, but very quiet. Nice bar in the hotel & food looked good although we didn't eat there. Lovely views from outside, even though hotel in an industrial estate. Friendly staff in the bar so all good
All good. Would have explored Noain but too hot for the dog to walk there! Sat in bar instead!

Cheese and Iberian ham were the only options not everyone likes that, for the money there needs to be a choice
Breakfast—- otherwise good value for money it was my 2nd stay but I would not pay for the breakfast again

The location to the motorway was the only good thing
The staff did not speak a word of English, the first room offered was dirty, the curtains were ripped, the dinner offered was terrible, no menu, no choice, nothing around the hotel to walk to, hotel was full of vagrants.

From the moment you enter the reception you are treated professionally and efficiently. Staff are polite and very welcoming. Hotel is spotless and has everything needed for a short stay en route. The included meals are booked, evening meal and breakfast were very much above our expectation. Well cooked and presented with waiting staff constantly checking we were ok or needed more food or drinks. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in, and the price was a bargain. We will be back
Only slight down side is the hotel is in an industrial estate and it has two entrances, easy to find your sat nav taking you to the cafe entrance, but reception 8s only yards away along the corridor. Also all room windows face a light well so no views, but we didn't mind that at all.
