I did like breakfast for surcharge, lobby area

toilet with hard to flush button, too firm beds and lack of queen bed, instead two separate beds stacked together; someone’s long hair around bathroom, old towel, noisy room (noise from the road), thin walls, heard someone upstairs using their beds very loudly

Staff were helpful and friendly. Apart from no kettle basics were present.

There were no tea or coffee making facilities as there was an electrical fault. Location was a bit on the edge of a industrial estate/shopping centre. Bathroom was basic

Nothing - I will lodge a formal complaint. It appears that if you book through Booking.com - the rate is such (according to the lady at reception) that you only qualify for a "non renovated" room - and it shows - room was dirty - after an hour water started leaking through ceiling plates from room above. (219) We were offered another room (122) - packed up - and found that room was not serviced - bed in shambles - towels on bathroom floor - so we were moved again - (120) this time to a room with a bed configuration we did not book - no shower curtain - no amenities - no water kettle and a bed that was due for a matrass replacement at least 3 years ago.

Lovely room with separate level for the children. great location off the main road with lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was good value too.

There were a group of travellers in caravans living around the back of the hotel, which meant our room looked over the site, with washing machines etc stood on bricks and dogs running free

Breakfast was great! You can tell that you are in France, based on the delicious selection of cheese and charcuterie. The receptionist was so kind that he even gave me a croissant for the road! The staff made up for the passable room.

Enormous two story room with a huge bathroom. Perfect location for us as we were travelling north and just needed a late room

Large and Comfortable bed. Ideally located for people traveling on the motorway. Cheapest option available to us.

The shower was broken in the first room. The heater was broken in the second room.(wires ripped from the wall) Solutions were provided. The breakfast buffet was very standard. The staff were not apparent at all in the morning. There were two men out smoking one of which was apparently staff. We entered the buffet. He saw us. There was no table for us. (Only one was set, it was occupied) We decided to seat ourselves in the bar area. There were no knives either. Buttering toast made slightly more difficult... After just more than ten minutes the staff member decided to return to work. Then we were supplied with cutlery and a "good morning"

good parking, been charged for dog but not been advised that i will be, ready prepped food but nice as actual restaurant not there open, but chef has done a good job on ready meals. good breakfast, really appreciative for dog treat and bowl as on request and poo bags. good attention from staff. staff were faultless.

I thought that breakfast was included, unfortunately not. I thought price included my dog, not so. I was charged extra. I thought the restaurant part had a real chef. It transpires that the food is heated in a microwave and comes in glass jars! Wine was nice though.
