not clean, no friendly staff, needed to leave 3 days earlier as my daughter had signs of covid, did say they would refund but they never did! all over worst stay I had ever book on booking.com, would not recommend. Breakfast was every morning the same as it was very limited!

Nothing. Location is in a nice neighbourhood.

Staff did not even expect me. Then they put me in a room that clearly showed they did not expect guests. No toilet paper. Empty tissue box. No drinking water. Dirty bath. Dirty side tables. Very basic breakfast. Staff never looked like they care, never asked how my stay was. Room was right by the entrance so every person walking past looked straight into the room so had to keep shutters closed at all times. Coffee cups were stuck upside down to a very sticky coffee tray, so needless to say I did not use them. Pile of beer cans in the garden by the pool. Just generally felt like a place where they don't really care and just want to so the minimum. I won't ever stay here again.

We had an absolutely amazing tie and wish we could have stayed longer. The property is stunning and scenic. very relaxing We plan on returning.
