Zi. Nr. 19 Nachts war kein Lüften möglich, da sehr befahrene Strassenkreuzung.
Es fehlte 1 Nachttisch mit Lampe. Als Notbehelf wurde der einzige Stuhl von uns zweckentfremdet. Nach Reklamation wurde ein weiterer Stuhl spendiert.
Badezimmer mit defekten Bodenfliesen, Waschbecken, Duschwanne, Abluftgitter verdreckt.
Versprochene Wasserflasche fehlte.

Lage war für unseren Zweck gut.
Es gab keinen Aufzug und viele Stufen. Bei der Gehproblematik meines Mannes war das sehr schlecht. Die Türen sind zu schmal. Das Kopfkissen war viel zu dick. Selbst das nachgeforderte "dünnere" war noch sehr dick.
Das Badezimmer war sehr eng. Die Ausstattung inklusive Fenster und Türen ist renovierungsbedürftig. Für 270€ habe ich mehr erwartet.

Zimmer war sehr schön. Hell und tolle Decke. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen wobei dass auch heißt, das schöne Antiquitäten dort stehen. Der Teppich auf den Fluren könnte erneuert werden.

Great location, close to the station and the town centre.
The building from the outside looks really nice.
Arrived 3 hrs early to drop the luggage off and staff kindly checked us in and let us in the room.
It’s not that I didn’t like anything about the property, but it’s tired, sadly. As I said, the building looks very nice from the outside. The garden was a bit overgrown (not sure if that’s the hotels responsibility or the restaurants). The inside was ok but a bit of investment would get the place back on its feet. We had the King suite and it was very spacious, no complaints at all. There was a small adjoining bedroom and a small bathroom, with a very small shower - some investment for a large bathroom and walk in shower and that room is amazing!! Oh, and a coffee making machine.
Small gripe was that I messaged the hotel before travelling to check if there was a clothes iron in the room (not listed) or in the hotel as I’d travelled from the UK, with a couple of days in Hamburg in between for a wedding, so had smart clothes. No reply :(

How on earth is that double bed, can barely one person fit in. Very small room, broken tiles in the bathroom, clogged drain in the shower.. for the price paid, it is terrible

Great location, located in historic building, at easy to walk distance to old centre. Also a plus that bicycle could be stored safely overnight at the premise.
Bathroom could do with an upgrade, also not always hygienic. Wifi failed to perform properly, and room was not ready although check-in time was confirmed.

we had our 3cats and 1 dog with us and it was no problem they gave us a bigger room the room was very nice and so was the young lady on reception!!

Superb service, huge room, very pet friendly and a really good breakfast! The room was really amazing with high ceilings and chandelier. A big park close by and free parking in the hotels property. Nice courtyard for summer days I expect.
A bit worn down, loose tiles in the bathroom. But for the price it was great. And the lovely staff made up for a bit faded carpets and worn down shower.

the building was old and full of history.. the room had everything we needed, a good bed, high ceilings and a high window and were nice and clean. The garden was interesting with hedges and lots of secluded sitting areas. The staff were happy and helpful and did everything they could to help and to make us feel welcome and comfortable. It was very close to the center of Rendsburg. Easy to find and good parking. The breakfast was good.

The breakfast was really good. Good coffee, and delicious scrambled eggs and bacon.

Restaurant was very good.
The pillows were very bad, couldn’t sleep well.
Reception woman was not at work anymore when we come to the hotel at a decent time so the restaurant had ti call her to come check us in.

The bathroom could be upgraded a bit along with the bedroom furniture.

Staff were very nice and if you like pizza then they also looked good as they have a pizza restaurant.
The room was basic to say the least, no bottle of water no nothing, also the on suite badly needs an up grade along with the room. If you have a room at the front and open the window be prepared for a lot of traffic noise, Would not go back.

I loved the hotel. It's clean, cozy, and confortable.
It could be better check in at 12, not at 3 pm.

Friendly staff, good parking on property, really central location and proper size of the room (we staid in the king suite) but the room could use a clean. dirty curtains, dust bunny family under the bed and a smelly bathroom. Big plus, dog friendly!
