I booked a twin room and we had a double 🙈

The staffs were very friendly and helpful The breakfast was very good

Unfortunately the hotel wasnt very clean. The room was dusty and the carpets in the hall was very dirty and the room was cold

Reception staff poor, if you are selling to international clients then there needs to be some sort of amicability towards non italian speakers. NO WIFI IN ROOM FOR THE FULL 10 DAY STAY. I was allocated a disabled room, fixtures and fittings in my room well worn, sink drain came away flooding floor.

Breakfast was good and included with the price! Eggs were better some days and better selection of fruit on some mornings compared to others. Very clean hotel though and the rooms are really spacious! The shower was lovely with good water pressure and always hot water. Perfect for location as it’s close to the centre by foot.

It’s quite noisy at times. You can hear other guests in their bedrooms, I could hear someone in the shower and then using the bathroom so it wouldn’t feel very private if you went there for a romantic getaway !

2 of the staff were quite rude and very unhelpful while the rest were good Beds were very hard, airconditioner didn't work until very late at night so room was very warm and stuffy Nowhere nearby to get a meal

The hotel definitely does not belong to 4 stars, the furniture is quite old and not completely clean, dust on the furniture, hair from previous customers on the floor. The temperature of the water in the shower is not regulated, the water is very hot, so you can burn the whole body, we could not take a shower in such boiling water.

It was our 3rd night of our 21-day cycle tour, Via Francigena, from Gran Bernardo to Rome. Shower was perfect, good beds. They allowed us to safely store our bikes in our bedroom. Our room was on a high floor so we could sleep with the window open and fresh air, without being bothered by mosquitoes. Air conditioning was available, but we are not fans of that. Breakfast was good.

Staff at reception, Cost of a simple meal. Location. 4 stars hotel may be 15 years ago. Maintenance of equipment in the bathroom was bad Shower head sprayed everywhere but down. Bottom seal of shower screen missing, causing the bathroom to flood. Soap holder nearly falling off. Bathroom sink only had cold water, should I go on. ? Was going to stay there an extra night but quickly changed my mind .
