The location was a nice walk to all the sites and the town is Picturesque and beautiful.

Parking if required is a lottery. The bedroom and the bathroom are a long way apart and if you’re required to use the fold out sofa bed you the can’t get out of the main bedroom. A simple solution is to place a door from the hallway entry room straight into the master bedroom giving easy access to the bedroom and the bathroom

La taille de ce qu'il est convenu d'appeler "l'appartement" dans lequel on a du mal à se déplacer et où il n'est même pas possible de poser une valise ailleurs qu'au sol dans les passages !

Globalement, l'ensemble eut été très correct si le lit n'avait pas été aussi inconfortable. Accueil bon, parking très pratique juste sous l'immeuble,l'ensemble des locaux globalement propres.

Nous avons passé une nuit épouvantable dans un lit très incurvé vers le centre, bruyant, martyrisant le dos... Bref, très inconfortable !

I liked the location and how nicely the apartment was laid out. It would be somewhere I would stay again with friends or on my own as I felt safe at all times.

I had to pay 300 euros as a caution, and the lady didn't accept to take it in cash. She said, "Card or i cancel the reservation. I had no choice i paid them by card, but it put me in a difficult situation because of my card limits. There's no water, no coffee, nothing in the room, not a minimum, and even no tissues. If i had the choice, i wouldn't stay there.

We appreciated the comfort of the room and the closeness to public transports and the center of the city.

Unfortunately, we were and still are disappointed, upset and unsatisfied with some missed information. We had to pay a deposit of 150€, we had that money blocked for the three nights we spent there and that very money is going to take some days to be allowed of being used in our card again. Such an important information should be the first thing to appear on booking, because it’s a great amount and can even reach 500€. The clients must be clearly informed about this. Not everyone wants to take to foreign countries large amounts of money as a way of precaution and the money they’ll perhaps have with them it’s necessary for their travel. I’m against this and all the consumers should be aware of the current increase of this occurrence and try their best to avoid it and to fight it. Listen when I say that if you hear these is for benefit of the consumer, they are just deceive you.

It is reasonably priced as it's not in the centre. It is close to a metro station. The breakfast is good.

The building is not facing the main street - so it is rather quiet. There are plenty of shops and bars in the neighbourhood. Our room was equipped with all things needed. Value for money is rather good. Underground parking available for the guests, but with extra cost, also pets allowed with extra cost

Our apartament was tiny, when the sofa was converted into bed it was touching drawers under TV. Neighbourhood is not the prettiest one in Toulouse, and you need to walk for some 15 minutes to get to the centre (or take a ride on Metro). Extra payments for parking and pet and city tax... Still not bad value for money.

The place was clean and comfortable and the staff friendly.

We felt conned about the extra night we needed. At first we were told they were full and that the whole city was booked up. After looking on the bookings.com map, we found another place for the extra night. The hotel staff helped us to book it (very kind as we don't speak French) but once they saw we were serious, they offered us a room at double the cost. It felt as if they took advantage of us.

Not well located

The room was spacious and quite but once sofa is opened there no place to move at night time. In addition to this it the sofa creaked. A sponge and dishwashing liquid would be great. The rooms looks at the garden and we can go out there directly from our room.

The Bed was up against the wall there were no light switches within reach of the bed and the cooking facilities were very limited

We visited during the july heatwave with temperatures up to 40 degrees c. and it was a great comfort to stay in a fully climatized appartment. The hotel is just a 5 minutes walk from the city center. A late opened grocery store and a good bakery are just acroos the street. It is rather quite and only a light traffic may be of concern if you stay on the street side. Wide selection of TV channels if you understand French.
