Insgesamt sehr gut. Hervorragende Qualität des Essens. Sehr gute Lage für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung.

Negativ aufgefallen ist der Service beim Frühstück. Es wurde kein Essen nachgelegt, so dass eine halbe Stunde vor Ende der Frühstückszeit nur noch 1/3 des Buffets zur Verfügung stand.

Very friendly and supportive staff, the amazing Silesian as well as continental breakfast and the onsite facilites made my stay a great one.

Room carpets maybe revisited at some point because they look old and stained at some parts.

The staff who cleaned the rooms was very nice with us and helpfull. / The rooms were very warm. / Wifi was excellent. /The receptionist who was on friday april 14th, was super nice and helpfull person, she supported us a lot with everything, also she taught some words in polish. Thanks a lot.

Opportunity areas are: - Oat would be an excellent idea to add as option for breakfast. - Another suggestion is to wait until the time the restaurant is closed for breakfast (it was 10:30 on those days) to start cleaning the restaurant, it was not goog be at 10:00 am having breakfast, with the staff also cleaning the tables and preparing them with glasses and everything for meal, even the table where you are eating on that moment. - One day they did not put dishes for the breakfast, nobody was in charge there, so we have to ask for them to the recepcionist, and the person that was there, helped us in a very bad way.

Too soft bed. Double bed is narrow. Too dark in pool area - lightning is romantic, but insufficient.
