Enormous and clean rooms. Location is good.

Did not have bar/restaurant, but there are good options on a walking distance.

The balcony was quite big and the receptionist was friendly and helped arrange a taxi to see a monument

I was a bit hurt that I was informed that the water park had closed for the season and I was only informed after I had booked and payed for my stay yet when I see the pictures and read the reviews nothing was mentioned about the water park closure

Fabulous! The hotel, the view, the entertainment, the aqua park and breakfast! All fantastic, team very good, absolutely nothing wrong. we got free late checkout to enjoy another day at aqua park! You literally walk out of the hotel onto the aqua park which is beautiful! thanks to kristina from reception for all the help and information!

Hotel guests had no access to pool from hotel side , so had to skip the queue and people from the queue were shouting to us..,well we had pass tickets..was embarrassing. We should had access from hotel. Aquapark staff at gate very unfriendly, shouting,no respect from young guy had english very ignorant to us,very disappointed.

Friendly staff that will do their best to help. The aquapark is lovely but if only is open for longer during the day. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. This is was my second stay at the hotel.

I can't remember last time I slept so well 😃 there's quite big water park also for guests to enjoy for a small fee. I certainly did not expect this level of quality for a ⭐rated place. Staff was super friendly (I don't speak Bulgarian)

Breakfast was only ok.
