Very nice hotel. The bar and restaurant were pleasant and busy. I was upgraded to a very nice double room.
The gate was locked until 9am.

Clean and spacious room
The rooms are just above the bar, and there is noise until 22.30/23.00, even during working days. Furthermore there was no kettle in the room, although it was stated in the desription.

We had a large room with lots of windows on the upper floor. The hotel was super clean and had a nice restaurant on site. We sat outside one night to eat dinner. There is a nice area with trees and plants to relax.
The hotel is surrounded by commercial properties and doesn't offer parking. It is the nicest building in the area. It was about a half hour from where we were spending our days.

We use this hotel for a particular - somewhat esoteric - holiday for the same three days each year. It is a one star hotel in wonderful countryside. The facilities are basic but the staff are wonderful; the hotel is clean and as comfortable as one needs if one only uses it -as we do - as a base.
Everything could be better. But we are happy in this hotel. It is good value for money; sits in beautiful countryside; has an ample outdoor garden and terrace; is near to some great Basque restaurants (only half an hour from San Sebastian) ; and the staff are very helpful and friendly. A change of dates and a cancellation facility should be arranged.

The rooms are super noisy. We could hear everything. The kitchen, the bar.
The room next to us watched TV till 2 in the morning. I could follow every word.
Don't pay for breakfast while booking. We only got 1 croissant and a coffee. Nothing else. Not worth the price!!

Lively bar and restaurant - apparently it's popular with the locals who drops by to eat and drink.
Nice clean and comfortable room.
Friendly staff.
The location is unique. The building is like a small island in a busy ndustrial area, but a couple of hundred meters from the hotel, if you cross the river by a pedestrian bridge, you enter a large rural area with mountains, forrest and multiple trails.
The included breakfast is just a coffee, a juice and a bun.
There is a bit of a walk from the secure parking to the entrance.
