Bad air condition. Very warm in our room

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was spacious enough, and the bed was comfortable (pillows not so much).

AC was not sufficiently powerful, and it was hot in the room. The shower cabin did not have any support for toiletries, and I had to inconveniently put them on the floor. I didn't get coffee refill, nor clean mug and glasses after the first night. Cleaning had not been done during my 5-day stay, and the room did not get vacuumed.

Great location, and clean!

Air condition did not work properly and there was too much hot inside the room. The toilet fab was working very loud!

Manager Bogdan did a terrific job helping my family buying and installing a new Romanian SIM card, without this we could not be in contact with her, family is refugee from Ukrain and was fully dependent on people where she stayed. Again, a special thanks to Bogdan.

Good clean room, excellent restaurant and very professional, helpful and friendly staff.

The room bas too hot, but could turn the heat lower and gradually it cooled down
