Beach. Some staff such as Edwin and others were so helpful and lovely.

Smell of sewage in bathroom. Shower water v salty. Hawkers on the beach even followed us into the sea.

The staying in Villa Kiva was 10/10. Just perfect. Everything worked well..Room was clean and bed was comfy. Pool and beach were very good. Lunch/dinner were great. Special thanks to Kamila who organized all..airport transportations..trip tp Nungwi beach etc.. all these and other service from her and other staff was totally perfect. Took 2 massages..Maria was so good and total pro in their Villa Kiva Spa. Will visit this place again soon for sure.

Beautiful room with sea view, great restaurant and really kind staff

Everything was great: very clean room, splendid location, right on the beach, good breakfast (even if it was the same every day :)), good WiFi, good dinner. Very quiet location, ideal to just rest and enjoy the beach. Spent two weeks and would have stayed longer :)) Keep in mind that it is a little bit isolated from other points of interest on the island and if you want to travel and don't want to use local means of transportation a rental car would be advisable. By the way, parking is available, free of charge and guarded.

A truly beautiful place where time simply stops and it is simply a pleasure to just be there. Amazing location on the Matemwe beach, all decorated with taste and with plenty of space to simply relax. Excellent breakfasts.

The staff at Villa Kiva were wonderful - friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was great and the staff was willing to accommodate our diving schedule and allowed us to start breakfast slightly earlier than they normally open.

The hotel is really beautiful and very clean. The staff were extremely friendly and tried everything to make our stay comfortable. The food at restaurant was really tasty and high quality. The beachside area is really scenic.

The breakfast menu was a bit one sided and should be a bit more variable. For dinner the vegetarian option was almost always pasta, this may be improved a bit. However the restaurant staff was very helpful and open to make small changes to the dishes to make sure that they cater to our needs. We are very thankful for this.

this little gem exceeded expectations - charming gardens, a lovely beach to walk and to swim from, close to a few dive companies and kite- boards. the breakfast was delicious, abs the samaki curry the best I have tasted in Tanzania

Breakfast boring, small selection. The pools are small, during the day, they become just like a hot water bath, there is no refresh.

I was not very happy about the kitchen, we were 4 out of 6 who got sick from the food!

Great location, delicious food and very kind and smiling staff. Rooms are very spacious, and the restaurant with the sea view is amazing. Two swimming pools in a gorgeous garden are perfect for relax. Many available excursions. Everything was really perfect!

Absolutely nothing

So far one of the best experiences in my life. The villa has everything you need, starting from the location to the people, to the food, amenities, Wi-Fi, attention to details. I strongly recommend the villa.

The hotel looks better than in pictures, we had an amazing time. The food was really really good and every night there were other 3 options, never the same. Very fresh and tasty food. The pool and the rooms are cleaned regularly. Friendly staff. We booked a room with garden view but we had a better room with balcony and sea view
