The location was gorgeous! All staff were professional, accommodating, and polite. Maintenance request and towel requests were quick.

Check-in took 45 minutes. Our patio sliding door was unlocked and the locking function was broken. The beach was relatively dirty each day. The food was not great.

Tequila compadre

First time staying in an "all inclusive". The hotel is beautiful, food is delicious, and the drinks were strong. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We'll be back!

There was only the buffet on the second day for dinner and it was not very good. We were disappointed as we have been to the Tesoro many times. This will stick with us on deciding whether to return or not.

People were rude from the beginning to end very few of your employees were pleasant! Bathrooms from toilet to sink and tub were broke! Keys to our room never worked! I would go to lobby and everyone would be in a bad mood a rude! Toilet got clogged at least 2 times a day had to call several times to get that fixed cause one call was never enough! Everything in room was broken! We were suppose to get refills in our fridge of water and soda and that never happen! Our rooms never got cleaned they would only do beds and floor not even sweep it was always dirty! And to top it off All my three children got food poisoning and that was by far the worse experience of our lifes! Will never go back!
