We liked the nice quiet location and the restaurant attached was very handy for a meal when we didn't want to walk down the road. It was great to be able to have a swim at the private beach.

It was a great stay. The owners are very nice and friendly, the place was clean and had everything we needed. It’s few km from busy Kotor, so it was perfect to just relax on private beach and soak the view and sun. Totally recommend this place if you want to rest and relax a bit.

The family owning the place is so welcoming, warm and hospitable. We stayed here for two nights but wished we could have stayed longer. The rooms are clean and spacious. The restaurant serves great food and the views are magnificent. Oh and it's easy to park your car! We really enjoyed the fact that it's not so busy/crowded like other nearby towns.

Everything’s so good

Juri is a great host and even if it was pre season he equiped the terrace for us. The 350 year old house is charming and we got all our breakfast wishes realized.

The view on the balcony is a bit blocked by the terrace roof in the yard below, if you sit down. But there is a super nice terrace at seaside, so no need to book the room with balcony.

Simply everything!!!! Location best in the area, owners and the best hospitality I have ever seen, apartment clean, modern and comfortable, yard wonderful hidden gem, balcony and it’s view, the private beach breath taking view… simply MAGICAL!

The property is located by the sea. The host,Ivan was the most perfect host I have ever seen. He made us feel completely at home. The fireplace was on every morning and the breakfast was delicious. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome. I will definitely come back!

Cozy, clean, comfortable and very quiet apartment placed at the seaside with amazing view on the mountains and sea:) Also the owners caring attitude and the service they provided to host us.

We could stay only one week:))))

We arrived quite late at 21:30, 2h later than originally planned. That was without any problems and even parking was still possible with a small car in front of their garage. We were a party of three adults travelling together. We got a double room appartment with a spare bed in the alley. This area was rather small and we very hoping for a sofa bed instead. Everything was clean and cleaned every day. Dinner at the restaurant was ok, but service and portion size wasn't that great. Breakfast was ok, but nothing spectaular. We also took advantage for a boat pickup in the morning, which was pretty nice! Overall it was ok, but a bit too pricy for what it had to offer.

Double room was nice, but the spare bed area was quite small and right underneath the air-condition. Dinner ranged from 6,5€ for a wrap to 25€ for the squid, beer 4€, quite expensive for Montenegro. Breakfast was ok, but you could only choose one kind of omelett, muesli or extra toast. You have to drive along the coastline on a narrow and speed-bumped road for about 2km until you reach Babilon Appartments, lots of cars and pedestrians in the way.

The location is really perfect - the beach is just several steps from the apartments and you can enjoy the stunning views all around the day. The sunsets there are especially great - would recommend booking a table at the restaurant on-site for dinner and enjoy the marvelous landscapes. The room was spacious and was cleaned every day, the territory around was also very clean and well maintained. The restaurant on site was great, we have tried several other places but agreed that the food was more delicious at Babilon.

In general, everything was fine. Maybe the only recommendation would be to enrich the breakfast options a little bit.

Location is absolutely perfect, quite, no traffic and 5 min drive from Kotor. For swimming you just need to walk out of door and you are on your private dock… including beach chairs and umbrella… Wait… there’s more… on the dock is restaurant’s garden and drinks will be delivered to your hand… Personally recommend owner’s home made Rakia - ask for Dunia, Loza or Shlivovice. Morning coffee with double of shot is booster for happiness all day long… Service at this place is prestigious… Petar and Ilija big thank you guys…. Job well done…. Owners, Ivan and his Father will make you feel as a family member… Highly recommend stay here to escape from busy life and enjoy peaceful and beautiful view of Kotor Bay and crystal clear Adriatic sea…. You will experience that time can run slow again… Looking forward to next visit!

The owner and Staff were very friendly and helpful. He gave us very good suggestions for our stay in Dobrota/Kotor. The apartment was very nice and clean. The view of Kotor Bay was very nice. The kotor’s old are 40-50 minutes walk away, or with taxi 5-10 min for 5-6 EUR. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment has also a Restaurant, which is very good.

I recommend to everybody who wants a perfect holiday and relaxation at a beautiful place! The accomodation, the hosts and the sevice staff was excellent. Absolutely friendly approach, far exceeded our expectations. The inner and outer restaurant has really nice interior design and mediterran look, good choice of meals, tasty breakfasts and dinners - waiters were perfect! Everything is very clean and tidy, internet connection (wifi) is OK, Early and mid August - no crowd at all. Everybody spoke good English! Beautiful view to the bay and surrounding mountains, peaks. Sea temperature was about 26C. On top - Djuro, the owner was the perfect host! So, 100% satisfaction - we definitely want to return!

Parking can be a bit difficult but not a real problem. No other issues to mention at all!

Slightly difficult to find as on the very narrow sea road. Perhaps my problem. Parking tight but ok. Excellent position and swimming from the deck opposite the appartments.

The plumbing needs some attention as every time someone turned the tap screeching took place which was annoying but settled down once everyone had used the bathrooms!
