Lovely staff. Great shower! Location perfect.
I was in a room near reception - very noisy.
Also - ‘breakfast included’: was only a pastry and coffee. Not really worth the extra money.

Very simple breakfast, but ok.
Wifi only worked in the central part of the hotel, not in our room.

The accommodations are modest, the breakfast was nice, and the staff were very lovely, especially Ivan. The location is excellent.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It is very centrally located and quiet.
The room was tiny. The shower was a trickle of water and it barely passed for warm water.

Room had window that opened on an internal corridor. Room and bathroom were very basic but overall clean.

Great location, cute common areas, and clean rooms. Breakfast consisted of baked buns and croisants and tea, coffee, juice or milk.

The hotel is located 10min away from the main place, in a nice and silent area. .
The bed is comfortable, the staff nice and helpful,
The bathroom doesn't have a separate shower cabin, just a curtain and an evacuation hole. So each time you take a shower, the entire bathroom is wet.

Great place, simple but has everything needed and the location is incredible.
Honestly with that kind of breakfast it's just better to not offer one 😅 other than that was great!

Staff! Excellent value and super location between plaza and craft brewhouses.
It looked like there was an inside smoking area just outside our room but nobody smoked during our 1-night stay.

The hotel is amazing! Definitely the best hotel I’ve ever been in South America. The structure is just renovated, very clean and with beautiful decorations. The staff is adorable and always available to help; they really made our stay wonderful!! It is situated in the city center, just close to the main square: however, is still extremely calm. A big thanks also two the ones who clean the room: in seeing my bag was on the floor, they brought an extra chair in order to put my bag on it - these little details make the difference between a hotel and a good hotel! Thank you, and until next time!

The staff was really nice and the location of the hotel is excellent (very central).
The smell in the room was very bad. Heavy mould smell. In my room there was only cold water. And, other than listed under their services, they do not offer laundry service - it should be removed from the services. There is a lavanderia close to the hotel where you can go to have your clothes washed.

Great location, nice breakfast
Hotel is renovated, but in a strange way. There was a new air conditioning, but still some things in the hotel are a bit old like a bedsheets, curtains etc.
