the location of this property was fantastic. good communication. everything we needed from an apartment. balcony one of the biggest I have had. cleaned regularly. I will definitely be back.

Excellent communications with management. Location as stated directly overlooking the beach quirky small apt. Balcony was a bonus very good size containing table chairs and 2 sun loungers. Towels changed during the stay. Kitchen was small but we didnt do any cooking. We did struggle to access the kettle and fridge due to the sofa bed. There is no lift which wasnt an issue for us but people with mobility difficulties may struggle. Beds comfortable few issues with the sofa bed. AC in both rooms. Access is via the main street/strip noise wasnt an issue at all. Restaurants shops and bars on the door step. Would I return.. considering ... but this size apartment is more suitable to a small family of 3/4 or 2 adults we as a group of 4 women struggled. Needs some TLC but goes with the old charm.

We booked a 2 bedroom apt for a party of 4 with a sea view. When we booked we expected 2 separate bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge area to accommodate our party. The 1st bedroom was a decent size with a double bed, good storage and direct access to the balcony. Bathroom a good size with a washing maching. The 2nd bedroom is in the small open plan lounge kitchen area with direct access to the balcony. There is a sliding concertina style divider, im presuming this is why it is being classed as a 2 bedroom!! from the small kitchen. This area has 2 single beds and a sofa bed is squeezed in the kitchen area directly next to the sink and fridge with a small dining table which we had to move on the balcony as there was no room for it. 3 slept in the studio type area. Not ideal. I feel the description should be a 1 bed not 2. This area lacked privacy and storage. I was disappointed and expected 2 bedrooms. Lacked a mirror in the lounge area and a line drying rack would be useful on the balcony. Not essential but to be considered.

Great location overlooking beach and in center of everything. Antonio was very attentive to all our needs, polite and friendly. Apartment was a little small but had everything we needed, including comfortable beds, and was very clean.

There was work being done to shop below us and we were awakened every morning at 8 am. Workmen were very rude and interfered with our enjoyment of the balcony. This appeared to be outside the control of apartment management , but Antonio made every effort to make up for the inconvenience. We will visit again.

It's in a fantastic location and we had everything we needed. Antonio was great and was very helpful

Upon arrival we were given the door code, and we had a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment which was a lovely surprise, The room was very clean and had everything we could possibly need for our stay, Washing Machine, Hair dryer, Iron etc. They changed towels and provided loo rolls which was brilliant and unexpected. Location wise was fantastic you could hear the sea from the room. Near lots of restaurants and bars and was just so handy and typically Spanish decor. We loved it, Thank you so much we will be back and would 100% recommend Don Pepe Apartments.

Top location, great terrasse with fantastic sea view . Great host / owner, I mentioned to the cleaning staff that my bed was uncomfortable due to damage and within few hours a team came and exchanged the bed button. Thanks Antonio

Very nice view from the balcony, but Hot in the morning. But parasol was provided by owner. Cleaning performed almost every Day. Location is great.

There was no washing machine. Picture on the site was probably from another room. Cooking with 2 small pits is limited.

Fantastic Location 20 yards from the beach and Migeuls beach bar. I would definitely recommend this appartment. Location is perfect. Close to the beach bars and restaurants. La Carihuela beach is lovely.

Nothing really maybe a bit dated but for the price and location you won't find better.
