The only thing to commend it was the pool area, however there was nothing in the information that explained that from 5-9pm this area turned into an 18-30 Ibitha venue. If you wanted to enjoy a drink at the only hotel bar, you had to tolerate the loud, endless noise that passed for music.

Apart from the above, our room was shabby, dated, the sink was cracked and, despite the signage indicating no smoking allowed, the room smelled strongly of stale cigarette smoke - extremely unpleasant.

The staff was really nice and really helpufull, really clean and confortable bed.

A 4 star hotel should have more amendeties for guests, ice available room service, better TV

We wanted parking and to get this with our camper we knew would mean being outside Seville so this hotel was perfect just a few train stops away from city centre The hotel has a lovely pool oasis and the Asian restaurant food is lovely

The pool

Nothing! The only good thing was the location which was 15/20 minutes from Sevilla. I would NEVER recommend anyone to stay there EVER!

No room service. Uncomfortable bed. Old decor. Bathroom was old. Hard/old towels. Paint coming off the wall. Overpriced restaurant “Mare Asian Food” Rude customer service.

The asian restaurant is really good with excellent wine choice

The beautiful swimming pool that is announced as part of the hotel, is in fact not part of the hotel! Its only free from 11 - 14 hr in the morning (when the water is too cold anyway). In the afternoon it is paying (15€ pp!) and minors are not allowed. We had to escalate to the hotel management to get in without paying but my friends son could not get in. Moreover personal of the hotel is not well informed about this and gives contradictory information.

Beds are very good at the junior suite! Breakfast was good with enough different things to eat!
