Beds far to hard

Great location and great facilities. Property has a lift which is ideal. Internet was a bit poor.

Only discovered upon arrival in resort (thanks to Andorra Travel Services) that check in was at 3pm in the general office, rather than getting direct access to the accommodation. As far as I can recollect this was not pointed out prior to booking. Out transfer driver dropped us off at the location which we thought was our accommodation and luckily enough it was nearby, however we had to leave our luggage in the street as we went to find the local office to check in. That said, the check in process was smooth enough and the staff were friendly and very helpful.

Perfectly fit for purpose. Super well equipped (kitchen equipment, washing machine, hair dryer, iron …) . Big terrace with a nice view. Very practical to have two bathrooms (one with shower, one with bathtub). Enough room to store cloths in every room. Nice and cosy living/dining room. Contrary to previous comments the TV allows access to Amazon Prime and Netflix. If you Ski from Soldeu you can walk to the lift (~400-500m). Nice restaurants, bars and several small super markets all in walking distance. We stayed here with kids and I would definitively consider coming back.

Parking was not included and is a bit of a risk every day but we were lucky to always find a spot close to the building. Building is badly soundproofed, hence if you are sensitive to the sounds caused by your neighbours this could be bothersome.

Location was good and car not needed during the stay.

Very kind staff, easy communication, the place is a 5 minute walk from the main road with stores, ski, etc. The apartment is spacious and it was VERY clean.

You can hear neighbors, and the elevator every time it comes up and down. The floor of the apartment has wooden floors and they creak a lot, the doors also need some oil/maintenance since they are loud every time a door is closed/opened. The double bed in our apartment did not have a comfortable mattress, the individual beds were better. Because of these reasons, it was not the best for sleeping with 6 people, because we are sensitive to sounds.

Car park. We couldn't park our car in the garage it was too narrow.

I thought I had booked an appartment with a terrace. would have loved a smart tv to login to Netflix
