Location and cleanliness of property was excellent. The host communicated well before arrival so key collection was easy as we arrived quite late at night. We loved this property and would certainly return. The host was very helpful.

Very very central location, in the middle of old town and a short walking distance to everywhere you need.

There's no lift and we're at the top floor so be prepared if you have heavy luggages

The location was in the heart of where we wanted to be and, surprisingly, it was not noisy! The top floor with the little patio was just as pictured.

Very easy communication with the host. He replied very fast and gave as a good description how to find the app. He was very friendly. A Wine bottle as a welcomegift was there too. The app. is very modern and perfectly situated in the old city and 1min from the Riva with all the Restaurants, bars, Cafés. I can really recommend the place!

Great location, spacious room with separate kitchen/ dining, nice air conditioning, host was friendly and helpful. Kitchen had everything we needed. Very clean and nicely decorated. Beds were comfy. Wifi was good.

It is up 3 flights of stairs but not bad.

The place is located in the city center, few steps away from basically everything. We arrived earlier than the official check-in time, but the owner was so flexible, arranged an earlier option for us. He was so kind and also let us leave the luggage in the apartment after the check-out time so we could cruise in the city freely before our departure. We were very happy about the place, very customer friendly; we get back there for sure. Highly recommended.

Great and stylish apartment with views all four directions. Great atmosphere and sufficient space for a family and for a few friends for a glass of wine before heading for dinner. Comfortable beds.

The apartment was really nice, the host was really kind, he gave us the WhatsApp to be in contact in case of doubts. We came to Split with a car and he sent us the nearest place where we could park free of charge. Also explained us what to see in the city and recommended some restaurants.

Ivaic ‘s apartment is within walking distance to many iconic places - Diocletian’s Palace, the Cathedral of St Domnius, the Vestibule, the Riva etc. But the best of all is Ivica himself, who welcomed us with a bottle of wine and fruits basket at the apartment. And also helped us carry our luggage up the apartment. We ate at one of the few local restaurants he recommended. The food served was delicious and price reasonable. When we leave early in the morning, he personally come to send us and again helped with our luggage. And give us breads for our breakfast to eat on our way to the next destination. We are so touched by his kindness and thoughtfulness. We have had a great and wonderful time in Split, thanks to you, Ivica.
